Just Don't

I have been buying motorcycles my entire life. I never had an issue. I give Ridenow Chandler a solid D grade, D defined as "disingenuous, dishonest, and duplicitous". The way they manage contracts and try to insert hidden cost and fees -without prior disclosure - into the finance agreement is deplorable (Another D). Be warned. Even their "cash-out-the-door" process is suspect. If this was the last place on the planet to buy a motorcycle or UTV, I would never go there. Just don't!!!

Took my 04 R1 in to get two new tires…

Took my 04 R1 in to get two new tires good deal but when I got it back mechanic prints all over the wheel and bike and scratches on my painted Wheels damn... I took pictures but not sure how to post them on this site I think they went to the other side so the service manager could see them but no reply back yet 😕

I want to give a special shout-out to Nate and Mikel at RideNow Motorsports for their professionalism and efficiency in helping me purchase my new CF MOTO side-by-side.

I've been a loyal customer for years and have built an excellent relationship with the entire sales and service team. The sales staff has always been friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The service team, from the front desk to the technicians, consistently delivers outstanding service.

We are extremely happy and satisfied customers of RideNow Motorsports!

they said that my Sea doo was serviced…

they said that my Sea doo was serviced when I bought it took it for 1 ride it needed to go get checked. they left 1pt of oil in it charged me 377$ for there mistake had to have a different shop fix correctly.

THEY RIPPED ME OFF!!!

A horrible experience...bought a 2012…

A horrible experience...bought a 2012 can am.....bought it because of low miles...within 30 days had issues with speedometer they fixed it but was told that mileage had to be set a zero......I was told by ride anywhere....which I could not believe..."well that is good for you for resell...buyer woukd think bike has lower miles"..I was appalled because that could have happened before....and I was told verbally by chris...that within 3o fays we will honor any issues...well I gave the bike back but they refuse to give my money back....buyer beware....make sure miles are corrext with these people because they don't seem to care...they are thieves point blank

When I bought my bike I told them I…

When I bought my bike I told them I planned to register the it in Oklahoma where I live but they sent the title to Arizona DMV, so now I'm almost 7 months into having the bike and still can't register it. I also had to have them send me a paper plate to print because they didn't put one on the bike either. Don't do business with these scam artists and definitely don't allow their finance companies to do your financing. Horrible experience!

As of 8/26/2024, The company has not provided a title, regestration, or plates for a motorcycle purchased on 3/19/24 for $21,000. Under Texas law, specifically the Texas Transportation Code, Section 501.0234, a dealer is required to process the title paperwork and submit the application for title to the county tax assessor-collector's office within 30 days of the date of sale.
Temporary tags have expired and the vehicle is currently unable to legally operate on public roads.
When attempting to contact, they either hang up or make up excuses to call you back which they never do.

I purchased a Polaris 450 from this…

I purchased a Polaris 450 from this company. A few months later went in to speak to the service manager.The left side panel will not stay in place. she was rude, uncooperative, and denied this was a problem. I just wanted to know if there was a procedure that would prevent this. Her statement " you cannot talk with my mechanics " She was confrontational,and belligerent . I said no problem I won't come back. How a company can treat customer like this, for no reason simply has no rational. This company needs to go out of business. they certainly have lost mine. jack

proper info about registering the vehicle. I was from out of state and they informed me it would be sent to me
now i get to deal with finding out how to register it in nm. they are happy to sell it but will not provide all the info to get it registered claim they have no control over it. they told me it would be mailed to me they lied. I paid sales tax for state of nm so how can they
register it in az.

77 days after purchase I am still…

77 days after purchase I am still unable to ride my motorcycle because they never provided the title paper to register it in my name. The bike was delivered to me pretty filthy, but I let it slide because I was excited to go ride. It takes on average 3 to 4 days to get a response just to be told nothing. I will never purchase anything from this dealer network again. Ridenow of Kansas City-Olathe

Terrible Policies

I initially believed Ride Now was a good company, however after getting my shift gear lever and foot brake replaced by them, my bike started making a high-pitched sound. I figured it was something just fresh from the change and rode off. While driving in 5th gear my Honda Shadow started losing power and eventually shutdown. I got it started again and drove it home thinking it was an anomaly. I drove it again a couple days later and the same sound and shutting down of the bike happened. I called the service department and they said that if it was a result of their work they would fix it free of charge but if not I would have to pay a $100 diagnostic fee and then of course pay for the repair. I have never had such an issue with my bike and then they do a repair and all of a sudden the bike is breaking down on me. I already paid them $700 in repairs. Sounds like a honeypot for taking advantage of riders. What a disappointment. I said I would speak with management and was told it would be the same response and I said I would take it up to corporate and I was told that this is how corporate has them handle these things. What a disgrace and such terrible policies and a terrible company. I will never go to them again and I will tell other riders the same. God bless

Once again half of my service was…

Once again half of my service was complete. I brought in my 2023 tidewater 2700 Carolina bay for its 100 hour service. Trailer needed service and trolling motor warranty service from where dealer mounted. Clay and James also stated they would wash the boat after I offered to do it myself.

Go to pick up boat nothing is done to trolling motor. Have to pay an outside source 500$ to clean boat and my trailer bunks are not even touched. I go to take the boat out and the trolling motor plug almost catches on fire with my kids on the boat. This will be the third time they have had to change wiring they have done or a plug issues. As well I fixed my own trailer and now they have to have the boat back because they did not reset anything after the 100 hour service. They have caused interior gel coat issues due to not having any covering on floor or sides of boat while using tools and causing multiple issues with boat.

All this dealer cares about is what your spending money on and nothing about what they said they would do.

To add to this I have been waiting since September for the dealer to approve gel coat work as well and had to go and take my own time to get multiple estimates for this dealer. Still nothing done.

I have given this dealer multiple chances to stand by their word and make it right which it seems they will never do.

Shady practices

We went to Ride Now in Ocala FL after having many conversations with the salesgirl Haley with what they had available. We decided on 2 different used side by sides but had our heart set on the one Kawaski KRX. Sat down did some numbers, by the way check their math FYI. Agreed to have them check for financing. Being a Saturday, they couldn't really get us a good approval so they said they would have to wait until Monday, we agreed. I specifically asked Haley if they will hold the KRX until we get the approval. She of course, no problem. My husband continued to discuss this SXS with Haley throughout the weekend and again asked if it will be held. She said "well usually you need to put money down but it is ok I have a sold ticket on it for you" My husband said if you need a down payment I can give you one, she said nope it is all set. We both called on Monday, offered a bigger down payment to secure the financing and so on. Still couldn't get an answer. After further pressing my husband was told "Oh Dave sold that 10 minutes after you left on Saturday". When were they going to tell us??? No actual balls from anyone to call us and give us an answer or explanation. Of course, Dave sold it because he was out there drooling over that SXS after my husband pointed out all the extras and mods the thing had that the salespeople were clueless about. Dave probable bought it himself because he bragged how he was a "Kawaski fan" to us at the table. So, they were working numbers on the Ranger because they screwed us out of the KRX. We didn't want the ranger, they didn't want to lose a sale! Well guess what you're a bunch of dumbasses. You not only lost a $17000 sale, but you actually lost a $30000 sale because on Tuesday we bought a brand-new General from Loves in Hommassa FL, by the way very knowledgeable and great to work with. And guess what they had no issue financing my husband and had an approval in less that 20 minutes!! So, thanks for nothing!!

I asked for the final price of a ski 3 times and NEVER got a reply other than please call us or fill out this form...
I will NEVER do b business here.

Pay attention to your contract

Wow make sure you look at you contract before you sign .. bought a Suzuki Strom 800 sticker price on bike $9300 . Was charged 11477.63 on contract . Plus was out of state and still charged sales tax .
Ripped me off about 2500 dollars total.. just look at all the reviews . They will take what they can .

Ripoff dealership on new seadoos

I bought a new seadoo fishpro trophy march 2024, missing the back rest and all live well equipment. They said no problem we will get that ordered and call when it comes in.
They never ordered any of it. I gave them 3 weeks to contact me. I had to call them several times now and they still haven't ordered the parts that are standard on this model. I have been on "hold " for them to check with manager for 43 minutes right now april 16, 2024... still waiting.....I haven't received my license plate or numbers for it either. I also bought a used fishpro from them at the same time. I have not got to use either one yet. The used one didn't have any of the standard equipment for it either as pictured in their ad. They screwed me every which way they could. I only wish I would have read these reviews first. I don't know how they are still in business but I bet they don't have any return business! I definitely would not recommend this dealership for anything.
I had friends wanting the model I got but they will go somewhere else now, they saw how my experience went and still going..... I bought the extended warranty and service plan too, I really hate to see how they take care of that! I wish I could return everything and go somewhere else.....I'm 67 years old and worst dealership I've ever come across in all these years.

Ripped off at RideNow Powersports in Holly Hill, FL

My experience at this Dealer was totally unacceptable. Not only did they not do what I asked, they lied to me while charging $211 for nothing! I asked them to check the USB outlet and read the ECU for an error. The outlet did not function, and the bike had shut off for no reason while riding. They did not read the ECU and they uninstalled the USB outlet claiming that it was full of water!!!! Bike: 2023 KTM 790 Duke under warranty.
