Extremely Poor Service
Sadly the service offered by the lettings side is very different to the actual experience received by a landlord. The reports are poor, communication is poor with questions from the landlord having to be chased numerous times, simple instructions are not followed and there seems to be a general and contunuous inability to do the simplest of tasks like reading a smart meter despite the landlord and Google providing the correct way to do it. A very expensive way of having to do the work yourself.
