This is the review I wrote following the link provided by RIEDEL after buying a set of 2 glasses.

"Yesterday, while washing the second glass before putting it into long-term storage due to concerns about its fragility, it shattered in my hands. The good news is that it did not cut my finger to the bone like the first one; instead, it simply exploded into a million sharp pieces—just like the first.
In terms of craftsmanship, packaging, delivery, and overall presentation, I have to admit it is a work of art. That said, I must advise anyone considering purchasing this glass that, due to its extremely thin design, it poses a serious risk of injury."

Both Riedel and Feefo are not to be trusted!

Beautiful glasses and decent customer service. Two stars off for assuming marketing consent with pre-ticked consent boxes and starting to send me marketing spam following my purchase.

Very disappointed that Riedel do not have a more lenient exchange/returns policy, particularly over the festive period. As I explained, these glasses were a Christmas gift and it would have been impossible for them to have been exchanged within the 2 weeks statutory timeframe allocated.

I understand it is at the discretion of the retailer to extend this timeframe however, I had expected a better level of customer service considering the high end product.

Consequently, the exchange I was requesting would have likely resulted in a higher spend, as the bulk deal I had purchased had only included red wine glasses, and it was a combination of both red and white which I desired.

Not only did the Customer Services Administrator not enquire exactly what outcome I was looking to achieve, there was also no attempt to help me select the correct product, or an apology for not being able to solve my problem. In fact she didn’t even ask me what the problem was, just got me off the phone and said she would email.

The email put firm closure on the matter and certainly did not invite me back to select the correct product, forcing me to look elsewhere.

I am very disappointed.

I bought 8+4 wine glasses :
- rim not thin
- not marked Riedel
Overall the glasses are ok but not outstanding.
