Never order from them before so I was very happy with how fast the shipping was to me. Also the tracking # didn't show the item being shipped. I reached out to customer service received a prompt response and overall very pleased with the service (item, shipping, easy of ordering, etc). Will use them again (sorry Guitar Center- ha).

Great little unit, Riff City, a great little company.
Great little unit. Checked it against two higher priced tuners and the difference was minimal, at best. This tuner works best with my
Les Paul and Strat, a liitle difficult with my "small headstock" Telecaster,
but doable. Riff City was quick and gave me several options, was upfront
and didn't "beat around the bush". Thank you Riff City.

Great company and website
Items were shipped very quickly and the packaging was satisfactory. It was nice for them to setup the guitar. The website is simple to navigate and understand and updates about the order were prompt. They included a cookie too, which is nice and comical.

They go the extra mile.
They go the extra mile to make sure their customers are happy with their purchase. I ordered a couple of pedals and a power supply. I received them earlier than expected with a cookie included. I know its a small thing but it just made my day. I had a small problem with my power supply. I ordered a power supply that didn't output enough mA that my pedal needed. So, I replied to the receipt confirmation and within 10 minutes I received an email from an actual person. No automatic reply. I talked to them and they even recommended a product that was similar in price and fit what I needed. I will only ever shop for my guitar needs here. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

How a company should be.
From the the beginning of my order, I was in contact with customer service as my item required a response from them. They were helpful and friendly despite all my questions, and were very fast in responding to each email.
The shipping prices were awesome, especially since I live in Hawaii. Most every other business charges crazy rates but riff city was excellent in their shipping prices. The Item was shipped fast and packed well.
I have no reservations about ordering from them again and already have an amp that I'm planning to order soon.
