The service was excellent. The scanning technician (Warwick) was polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. The senior surveyor (Shirley) produced an excellent report (and was always available for queries and clarifications). Despite a tight deadline (due to the Council delaying notification) RoLC was still able to get the modelling and reporting done super fast. I can’t rate them highly enough!
