I signed up for the 'Silver' package and then immediately cancelled so I wouldn't forget. Apparently this creates a system glitch where even though you have paid, you are unable to reach out to owners unless you pay again.
Secondly, I contacted an seller who didn't get back to me and when I contacted Rebecca, she said the system was showing that they had contacted me. Another glitch perhaps? I requested a refund and was told I am not eligible. If those two events in one week doesn't make me eligible I don't know what will. I'll be sticking to HorseQuest, HorseMart, Whickr etc as although some sellers may be unscrupulous, at least the sites aren't pretending to be something they're not.

Found a lovely home with my first applicant. Rebecca was so helpful.I will recommend her to friends.

Absolute waste of money as a buyer.. have to pay to message buys who have them advertised elsewhere so there no longer available le of they just don't bother replying...

So you pay to send a message for nothing..
Failed system with no protection for buyers who pay to message then hit a dead end.
