BEWARE ... a nasty and quite sophisticated scam

This site is part of a sophisticated scam that includes rightlegaladvice.co.uk and onlinelawtutors.co.uk . It gives the impression there is a group of professionals, but there isn't. On the 'tutor' site there is a gallery of people none of which have given permission for their name or image to be there. On one of the forms they send out there is reference to Right Tax Advice LLP. No such Limited Liability Partnership is registered at Companies House. The English is appalling throughout the sites, including the obviously fictitious testimonials. The advice I received was risible. It was also wrong (I have since taken advice from a local solicitor). I have report to the Advertising Standards Authority and the Police (ActionFraud). If you have been scammed I suggest you do the same. So, in summary, do not use any of these sites. If you need advice call a local solicitor or accountant or Citizens Advice.

More like Wrong Tax Advice - Absolutely shocking - scam??

I was looking for some legal advice and did a quick search on the internet to see if there happened to be any ‘free’ advice available. The search results gave me righttaxadvice and when looking on their website it refers to ‘free’ advice multiple times so completed the ‘Your Tax Question’ form. When submitting the form it did ask for payment but given the multiple references to ‘free’ I ignored it and clicked submit. I received a prompt email the next day advising that I had to either pay £29.99, £49.99 or £99.99 and so I questioned whether I had to pay given that the website refers to ‘free’ advice multiple times. I then received an email to say that I had to pay because people like me manipulate the advisors so either pay otherwise don’t waste my time. It is safe to say that I haven't wasted my time with them and will sought professional legal advice from a legitimate source.

Absolutely disgusting - AVOID

Absolutely disgusting.
I needed advice inregards to paying tax on income from abroad. I googled companies that could help. Righttaxadvice came up, nearly top of the list. The website stated my question would be answered between 4 hours and 1 day, and the price would be £29.99. So I paid the amount and sent my question off to them. Around 2am GMT, I received an email. The only advice they gave me is exactly what HMRC advise on their website. So I complained as my enquiry was not answered. I was met with the worst attitude I have ever seen from an accounting company. Everyone is just so rude .. "the compliance team" the staff. All I would say is AVOID AT ALL COST. You will not receive the answer you require and the companies staff are rude
