Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever. They don’t answer a call in at least one hour on hold. Instead they insist on using a worthless “chatbot”, every 30 seconds they recordig . So be prepared to heard a crappy recording 50-75 times before they feel like answering your cal, (if they bother answering ever, as 60-90 waits are “normal”.

Do NOT trust RIKS TV!!!
Never, EVER, let these lying RIKSTV salespeople in your door! They'll say anything to get you to sign up to the worst connection nightmare available in Norway!
DO NOT SIGN UP! DO NOT GO NEAR THE CHANGEOVER!!!
We've had ONLY problems since we started. Riks TV COSTS A LOT!!! They are NOT cheaper for the trouble and interruption they cause. There are loads of add oons! For an even HALF o.k deal - you have to PAY MUCH MORE!!!
Some guy cane knocking on the door or our house like a STALKER! Looking back it makes me SICK! Their salespeople (if this guy is representative) are a lying plague! Do not belive anything said. They'll say anything to get the deal!!!
We are now stuck with NextGen and RiksTV for another 10 Months.
We have already asked Telenor to contact us as soon as is viable to bein proceedings to get back with them ((Telenor).
