Very Frustrated!!! Ordered on 2/26/21 and still do not have my items. I had read reviews prior to my order and they were pretty good but looking today they are all bad since I placed my order. I have contacted by email several times and have gotten response that my items are available and shipping soon. The last email was over a month ago, now I am not getting any responses back. Of course they took my money in February.

Total crap. My garment arrived with a hole in it.( after 2 months)
Refused to give me a refund. Kept giving me the run around. The quality is very cheap. The top looks nothing like it does on the site. They do not back their 100 percent guarantee as stated on their site. Do not waste your money like I did

Do not buy from this seller, there is no stock when you order, item is made and sent 2 months after purchase from very cheap Chinese factory, not the same item as photos and appear to be knockoffs of more expensive brand, very cheap material used, automated response to any questions, wasted time and money.

Took more than 2 mths to deliver. Not true to size & fabric is terrible. Won’t be buying from this site again.

I ordered 4 items on Jan 13. It's now Feb 25 and my order hasn't even shipped. No communication from them. I am the one who made contact well after a month to find out where my shipment was. Their response was "we are replenishing". So clearly they don't have the stock. Then they said it would be a couple of days, then they said at the end of the month. When I asked if I could cancel the order because summer will be over by the time I receive the order, they said if I chose to do so they would keep 10% of my payment and would I agree to that? So, they have my money and I have nothing. At this point I don't care whether the quality is good or not. They are dishonest and won't ever deal with them again.

No tracking number was a concern but it all worked out Thank you⚘

Love my new dress. The background fabric colour is a little lighter than I imagined but it is a gorgeous dress and well made. Very flattering too! For reference; I am 164cm tall and 73kg and I got the large.

I ordered 3 items. LOVE the 2 sweaters I purchased, good quality, very cute. The sweatshirt dress arrived with 2 oily type stains and the belt loop was broken. Oh well 2 out of 3 were good. I'd return it but lord only knows how that process would go. Extremely slow shipping, as in months but I kind of expected that..... The sweaters are a great purchase.

Delivered fine...however, the "sweatshirt" is horrible. It's not a sweatshirt, it's made from a weird material and fits small. Would love to return it asap

READ THEIR RETURN POLICY!! They will only let you return if there is an apparent defect. I received the merchandise quite late and dId NOT LIKE THE OVERALL QUALITY. Now I am stuck with 3 items I don’t like. Their email responses were sporadic and not timely. It took over 2 weeks to get my answer. I will not buy again.

The quality of the Kitty Leopard Print Sweatshirt is much better than I anticipated.... it washes like a dream, fits well (I bought a L when usually I take M), the leopard print is nicely printed on the fabric and smooth to the touch, not 'stuck on'. The inside feels like cotton, the outside feels a little synthetic, but not objectionably so. I'm very happy with it, thank you.

Loved the shirts. Took a little longer than expected for delivery, but happy with my purchase!
