Don’t buy a pool or snooker table from this firm. They sent the table without the let adjusters properly attached so they cannot be used to level the table ! I asked them to come and fix the leg adjusters and reset the table. This is our right under the guarantee. They wanted to charge us £700+ to come and do the work. It should have been done properly from the beginning and the 1 year guarantee should cover this work so I refused to pay it. We have now been left with a very expensive table that is not level and unplayable.
Additionally, the felt surface has worn very quickly. There are already bobbles appearing and we didn’t play on it regularly. So quality is poor, service is non-existent and we have a faulty table that is unplayable.
You simply must not buy a table from this company. It will be an expensive and frustrating mistake. It is all simply appalling.
