BLACK FRIDAY SALE?
Bought a set of wheels during their “BLACK FRIDAY SALE” and received the wheels and they were fine with a few small marks in the centre (covered by the centre cap so not visible on the vehicle). I then went to check the site to share them to a friend who like the look of them to see that they where £36 cheaper so I emailed to ask if there was anything they could do like credit the difference as I have just received the wheels 5 days later still during this “BLACK FRIDAY SALE” but they said:
That they order was discounted 10% for the sale but fox had more new stock and they had dropped they price per wheel down not them and just to double check I went onto the website and they price had dropped again so they where £52 cheaper then when I purchased them on sale. I can see how this is poor timing and I price reduction from fox but 6 days after I purchased them they have been discounted 2 times while on sale they are now £52 cheaper and they refused to give any kind of credit which was a poor service and experience for myself and I will think twice about using them again if they price could drop £50 even during a sale which is a shame as they offer fast delivery and what I thought was a fair price.
Edit: They have since sent a set of locking wheel bolts FOC that matches the value lost in the discount. Thank you

We never set out as a company to disappoint any customer, and as promised a free of charge set of Thatcham approved McGard locking bolts have been posted today for you to hopefully make the final overall experience a positive one for you.

Great customer service
Needed replacement wheel nuts and lock nuts for after market alloys that were non standard size. Ordered online and followed up with call. Gary was very helpful and asked me to email pics of the wheels to make sure the correct product had been selected. He quickly got back to me, recommended correct products and I had them within 2 days, in time for fitting of new tyres. Great service!
