I love shopping there. The staff is very helpful and patient. I love working with Barbara in Iblue. She is great. I only want her to help me. I wish she could select from all departments not just the 2 brands she’s associated with. Only negative I would say is your website is bad. Too many glitches and errors. You need to get that fixed.

I would recommend this shop very much.
I bought some hand made plates.They were in perfect condition and of very good quality. Shipping was very fast with no complications. Very smooth transaction. They even sent a return form in their confirmation email just in case. I would buy again. It's the total opposite and very positive customer experience compared to another Shop where i bought the same plates before, but in a very bad quality.

I made a purchase in the store and the vendor packed the wrong item. since over 3 weeks I try to solve the issue and had to wait that long to get a frustrating response. Today i got a late response that they are not able to switch the wrongfully packed item but they are looking for a solution? There is only one solution i dont know what else they try so solve? I have the receipts and everything. Now i have no person to consult my issue because they alwas write via noreply email. This is very frustrating and i have a right to simply get the article that i actually bought without all this.

La Rinascente as a structure is indisputable: clothing, accessories, excellent restaurants, view of the Duomo. Truly the best in Milano!!
The staff that works there, however, would need to be trained: almost all the shop assistants and employees, men and women, are not friendly, they are arrogant and rude.
They treat customers with arrogance and no education!

I wanted to express my gratitude to Giuly from the Contemporary Ladies Shoe Dept at Rinascente Milano. I was totally amazed by her professional, friendly and charismatic personality when I walked through her area yesterday to look at the UGG brand shoes. She immediately acknowledged my presence and quickly asked if I needed assistance. She was very well versed in the product line which made me feel at ease and quickly provided me with the details of the models I was interested in and the appropriate sizing required. She went beyond and made suggestions on another model based on my lifestyle and hence I appreciated her suggestion, her knowledge and her genuinity. I was also very impressed at how she handled herself with calmness and professionalism as she was faced with needing to assist another group of ladies interested in trying on a few of the UGG models. Her area was very busy however she managed without difficulty in assisting me and the other ladies. Her eagerness, positivity and willingness to juggle the Customers was remarkable. She did it with ease, patience and true dedication which resonated with me as her Customer service was genuine not rushed and her intent was pure in ensuring I was properly looked after along with the other ladies. This was not an easy task but she accomplished it with professionalism, graciously, with a smile and a pleasant disposition. Thank you to Giuly for making my experience at the Contemporary Shoe Dept satisfying and making me feel comfortable. I look forward to returning to Giuly for my next shoe/sneaker purchase as she is simply wonderful with her Customers!

Travel to Italy recently and been visited Rinascente in Rome and Milan, it is a very nice department store with all the brands that I want. With helpful sales staff over there and will definitely visit again next time in Italy.

Not a profesional shop that frozen 8k euro and havent shipped order. claimed they had stock issue in the end they told me money will be refunded.

Despite knowing they handed over the online purchase made by chinese scammer despite card owner is not the same person.

Refund our loss and be responsilble to your mistake. Stop making profit from scammer shopper!!

This place is unworthy, coz it has no security check on credit card scam. It just let go any scammer who buy from this place. And when the real owner of the credit card asking for refund, the shop doesn’t want to responsible. What a bad place service!!!

Hi Rinascente, we won't let you get away with it, even though you deleted all our reviews on Google, there are many more platform. You have no shame, you accept scammer shopper using stolen credit card and refused to refund the money. You obviously know that you handed the merchandise to thief and all the evidence shown exactly that. Such a big brand but accepting theft. Increase your security. Your customer service sucks. No one replied to us, your customer service hang up our phone. You want to keep making money with dirty profit and with stolen money. RINASCENTE SHAME ON YOU. RETURN OUR MONEY!!!!!

They allowed scammers to operate on their store. Stolen credit cards were allowed to purchase without ID check.

Obviously RINACENTE is one online shop who can easily let go scammer.
Why you wont help the victim who got scam? Your customer service suck! No one willing to help. RINACENTE accept stolen card on their website! Even though shopper details is different than card owner details. They wont check!!!!

SCAMMER ALERT!
I was a target of a credit card scam. Rinascente handed out goods without checking and verifying the identity of the person who picked up the goods compared to the credit card owner. Now there is no support in the resolution this is support to theft.
And helping criminals in there acting.
It is an absolute shame.
Do not support this shop.

Buyers beware ! Stolen credit card information could be used by criminals to get their stolen product without any real ID check during the pick up. Very unprofessional, low trusted and possibly criminal related company. It is an abomination.
