This Company is terrible!!! They make you feel like its the 90's again with Limited SMS texts. They send you to 4 different agents to try to solve something to only leave you unresolved. Then they say that only the Admin can know what is going on and it makes it very unprofessional. The Admins' are usually the busiest people in a company and they make them have to sit on 3 way calls to troubleshoot any small thing. Please if you are a company looking for a messaging service look somewhere else and save yourself the hassle.

We’ve been a long-time customer and have always appreciated the service. While the cancellation and refund process is clearly outlined in terms of service, we didn’t receive a renewal reminder email before the annual renewal charge went through. While not nessarily required under FTC guidelines for all states, it is considered good practice to keep customers happy and at ease. We reached out after the charge was processed to cancel, but was told that refunds aren’t processed until after a 30-day waiting period. We do not need the service, and the reasons for waiting (for number porting) is not needed by us either.
We understand policies are in place for a reason, but it would be nice to see a little leniency for loyal customers in situations like this. A more flexible or immediate resolution would go a long way in maintaining positive perception and goodwill toward the company.

Someone forgot that a primary function is to make and receive calls

Denise was very professional and in control of all the details. Had a great experience with her.

If you pay for a year upfront but no longer need service, they won’t send you a partial refund. Highly recommend against paying for a year upfront. Our service renewed in August and we no longer need it and I was told there’s nothing they can do.

customer call me but the phone is not ringing, i called customer service no one pick

Provides the needs we have for business line connections - texting, telephone calls and voicemail.
We are small company so do not have need for the additional services like the conferencing, etc.
Only 4 stars as not user friendly in being able to "pull" photos from texts on website to "drag and drop" them into our client files. Also I can only "copy and paste" photos into the text via the mobile app rather than on the online website. Cannot send more than 1 photo at at time and does not accept any videos to copy/paste to send to clients

Giving one star because I have to.
Do not sign a contract with this organization. They will auto renew without any notice. They provide zero customer service.
Horrible company.

Its not very reliable. Sometimes you have to push 1 after answering a call to actually answer the call. The app typically has a delay which makes conversations awkward. The voice to text messages are pretty bad, its easier to listen to the voicemail than try to translate the garbled crap it sends.

We have worked with RingCentral for years now and they are reliable and work well for our office.
Unfortunately, it is only 4 stars because we recently went to purchase a new phone and it was very difficult to reach a customer service representative. I was hung up on multiple times, emails were not responded back to, and the chat representative only sent me a link.

Platform is cumbersome when integration of several lines. Most as customer service appear to be learning as we go and unable to configure. When changing into a Holiday schedule for (7) lines I might as well stay open as it working within the system It takes about 8 hours of labor. Customer service appear to be learning as we go just like I am. I will be instructed to change a couple things only to find out that it corrupts other items put in place that were working. Language barrier adds to the long configuration time.

Used the service for 6 months before switching to a new CRM that offers all the same features as RingCentral at a fraction of the cost. When I called to cancel, I was told I’m locked into a 2-year contract—even though I don’t recall ever signing one. Now they’re making me wait just to get a copy of whatever “agreement” I supposedly signed. On top of that, I can’t even cancel or reduce the number of users until the end of my contract. So I’m stuck paying for extra phone lines and users I don’t even need for the next year and a half. If I ever need a service like this again, it definitely won’t be with RingCentral, and I’ll warn others that they trap customers into their service.

These people are absolutely crooks. I've called to cancel three times. I was assured it was canceled, continue to be charged every month and they have yet to issue refunds. Im beyond mad at this company and if I could get them shut down for unethical practices I would. I've already responded to the email address you idiots keep saying send to review but that doesnt work either.

Customer support is lacking.
Unable to add lines or get help without waiting days. I called two weeks ago and am still waiting on a call back. The setup for the account takes so many hours that in over a year it still isn't complete because it takes all day to make a few small changes. The support staff have very little understanding of the system and how to get the features working on our yealink phones.

The company makes it impossible to cancel the service. No online option, only cancellable via phone (21st century?) customer service is not reachable by phone, keeps going to voicemail. Responds days later asking for time to call but never sets one, highly suspicious and borderline fraudulent. Been trying to cancel for over a year and still keep getting charged. Will report to consumer protection. Avoid this service at all cost.

Unbelievable customer service. They constantly give you the runaround, make misleading claims, and seem focused only on squeezing every dollar possible. Extremely disappointing experience. Avoid at all costs.

RingCentral’s support is appalling. Our head office is in the UK, yet account manager (Mark) is only willing to meet during Pacific hours (between 8pm and 1am for us), making it useless for us. To make matters worse, their support team frequently fails to attend scheduled calls. The service is unreliable and unprofessional — we would never recommend RingCentral.

Extremely unhappy with this provider. Support team is inefficient and hard to get in touch with. We ended up switching to a different provider, however, we were unable to cancel the service (for the same reason - hours on the phone and no assistance) and kept getting billed for over a year! Now that I was finally able to get in touch with someone, I was told that "we have a contract that must be fulfilled" and that we will be billed until it expires - for another 6 months! This provider is absolutely terrible. Stay away at all costs!
