I have bought a full spær system for my house in july. The approval stated that they have made it according to the 12 professional drawings I have provided from a Danish Architect. However the spærs did not fit for the house. Sven, just simply told that I approved the drawings. He took no responsibility for misreading the drawings, I was expecting professional work and competent design from them but instead I have got spærs which was not properly designed and produced.
