Also wish I’d read these reviews before ordering.
Nothing arrived for weeks so after being unable to make contact with them I raised a dispute with PayPal. This resulted in the cans being posted - many weeks after the order being placed. It appears to be a very dodgey company.
AVOID.

AVOID like the plague.

I wasted £70 in paint from these guys. No confirmation email, yet took the money. They do not respond to emails or answer their phones. Such wonderful customer service.

ordered over £120 worth of paint almost a month ago, not arrived. Chased them, several emails, phoned dozens of times, asked for call back, no response to anything. I am now in the process of dispute to get my money back.

Wish I'd looked here before ordering; same as others, I have not received paint ordered two weeks ago, phone is either engaged or not answered, call back option is ignored and emails have not been answered. Now I have the hassle of reclaiming payment via my credit card company.

Items ordered, after 10 days with no show chased, telephone not answered and emails not replied to. No despatch details or tracking info provided to show evidence of order being posted. Paid with PayPal so immediate claim made to invoke response from company and full refund. AWFUL experience.

We are in Corona virus lockdown so things might be affecting their business, but, paint ordered on 3 weeks ago still not delivered. Phoned twice, promised it was sent out. No paint. Have raised concerns with PayPal and insisted on refund. Won't be using again.

Have used a few times now. First time took over 2 weeks to arrive despite 1 day delivery promised, and then it was the wrong colour. On other occasions have sent less quantity than was ordered, and then when complained they were not apologetic, just said they’d send it out again, which on more than one occasion resulted in the wrong colour then being sent. The paint is good quality, that is their only redeeming feature, but I still won’t be using them again.

Very childish & very unprofessional to deal with, will not be ordering from these guy's unless there social media team matures

Trying to buy products all looks nice until you trying to make a payment, it takes you to PayPal which not everyone have or want to use it, and when you try to call there are no one who can answer the call, I go better to somewhere who is more professional.

Would never use this company again. Bought a spray primer that didn't work at all (despite following instructions to the letter) and a RAL colour spray paint that was nowhere near the RAL colour of 3 independent sources of paint that I had. They tried to claim this was because I'd sprayed too many coats on or that the primer was wrong. I then got the RAL colour from another company and used in the same way, over the same primer, and the colour was a good match, so it was definitely their paint that was the problem. They refused to refund or replace the products (they took them back to 'test' so I now have no evidence) so I wasted £37. Wish I'd read the negative review before buying. A mistake I won't make again

Ordered a number of tins of paint for an urgent requirement due to Riolett's 'Free Next Day Delivery'
The company didn't bother dispatching the item for three days, then, when contacted, we extremely rude and even hung up the phone and then refused to answer any more calls.
I have genuinely never dealt with such an unprofessional organisation and would highly recommend that you avoid this company if you have an urgent requirement or if customer service matters to you.
