I have really bad experience with this…

I have really bad experience with this company , 400 euro for have an hour to install douche!!!
when i called them they did not give me a price or range , they said the technician will decide the cost and if you dont accept you pay 45 euro and they did not give me any range , when the technician came he said it cost 400 euro .for have an hour!!!!
He toke 45 euro without doing any thing .
thiere profit comming from donig no thing ...
