Nessuno arrivato, ho contattato e mi hanno detto poi che deve arrivare nella fascia orari 9:30-13:00 e nessuno arrivato. Ho chiesto che l’assistenza mi chiamerà appena possibile e nessuno mi ha chiamato. Non è affidabile il servizio risponde da un intelligenza artificiale non c’è nessun persona una è che potrebbe dare soluzioni.
Ridicoli, il tecnico non ha neanche smontato la lavatrice proponendo subito il prezzo per la riparazione. Pagamento in contanti. Gli ho chiamati per reclamare ma non mi hanno considerato.
Si pubblicizza come servizio di riparazione elettrodomestici anche nel fine settimana. In realtà nel fine settimana passa, dice che gli manca un pezzo che deve ordinare e torna infra-settimana. Infatti il giorno dopo (lunedì) ha chiamato dicendo che alla fine il pezzo l'aveva in magazzino. Sottolinea che il pezzo è originale, costa 110 euro, più la manodopera. Effettua la riparazione e lascia la busta del "pezzo originale". Cercando su google il codice a barre, viene fuori che è un pezzo non originale che costa dai 20 ai 30 euro.
