Help is at hand at ripcaster hi-fi

Besides very competitive prices ,knowledge is priceless, at ripcaster owner Jon Nelson is always there to help with any hi-fi related problems which I encountered with my Linn Selekt Edition DSM.
Without Jon’s help with the network setup I would never have got it working. That’s what I call after sales care at its finest. Thank you!!!!!!!!!

Wonderful showroom with marvellous…

Wonderful showroom with marvellous equipment demonstrated by the very charming owner Jon who took time and care to explain various options without any hint of a sales push! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Poor service

Very disappointed placed an order on the Monday no information on delivery or anything by Wednesday so emailed to ask and got a reply it will be shipped on Thursday or Friday and they will let me know when it’s shipped . Nothing heard from them by Saturday afternoon so cancelled order

My order

On February 4th, I ordered something from the site, and after it didn't arrive until the 10th, I wrote them an email to ask what was happening with my order - they replied that they would check the next day - February 11th. Today, February 15th, they wrote to me that my order has been sent?!? - after 11 days! I am not satisfied and I doubt whether my order will arrive at all!

Top Quality and Service

Had an issue with my NAS bought from Jon at Ripcaster not due to NAS but a mains shut down. A phone call to Jon and he got on with sorting immediately (even though I purchased the NAS a while ago). What a good guy: friendly, very knowledgeable and patient. Worked over hours and fixed the problem. With after-sales service like this you can be sure you are buying a great service by a person who knows his products, unlike many high street dealers. I would unequivocally recommend this company and certainly use them again. Thanks, Jon. Great job and so efficient and helpful. Quality products and service that is all too rare now.

A very good service

A very good service. I ordered a Sonos One speaker on 28th December 2020 at 4:19pm and received it the following day at around 11am. Very quick delivery and received notification of when my item would arrive. Furthermore, the speaker was £31 cheaper than Amazon and I doubt Amazon would have been able to deliver the speaker as quickly. Would highly recommend.

Excellent - I dont trust my LP12 to anybody.

Excellent - took my non-standard LP12 (1978 purchased) in for a service and after a very informative chat with Jon decided to swop out my non-standard chassis for Kore and Trampolin. Sound was exactly as Jon predicted so went back for the Radikal motor upgrade, same outcome as before basically blew me away!!! Jon turned the service, then the Kore and finally the Radikal on one day turn rounds. Whole service was very, very good and got a great introduction of streaming too.

Helpful and informative

Bought Sonos kit and Zoneripper NAS drive: most of kit arrived well within a week (though one piece out of stock and not warned ahead of time). Competitive on price. What stood out was the v. helpful service and instructions provided, & website very useful to the uninitiated.
