Purchased a Christmas gift
Purchased a Christmas gift, it was returned for an exchange of size only. Owner had to be chased for resolution, to then find out a smaller size was not available. It is now 3 months down the line and still waiting for the refund that was supposedly offered in January. Shocking company to deal with.

Saw this place online
Saw this place online, realised it was local and called in to ask about inline boot sizing, spoke to Barry who is very friendly and knowledgeable. I tried a pair on, perfect fit as per his recommendation, a quick try out and then ordered in the colour I wanted, perfect from start to finish!

Excellent Customer Relations
My son is totally new to customising scooters and he ordered the wrong fitting parts. Barry and the team were absolutely brilliant throughout the returns process and patiently spending the time needed to help explain all the components to ensure he got that perfect scooter. its this attention to detail that will see us 100% return. (they even built some of it for him to go that extra mile!)

Visited the Ripped Knees store today, for some Impact Shorts and picked up precisely what I needed with the aid of the owner who was very keen to help. Excellent customer service and able to arrange a Klarna payment in store which was a big help. Very happy and would shop there again.

Delivery time not as promised
I placed on order for a dryrobe to keep me cosy for dog walking, expected delivery to be within 2 to 5 days. It finally arrived. Unfortunately , it took 10 days.
I was expecting to get it within the next 5 days at least being used to next day or 2 day deliveries from companies I deal with regularly , I never had to wait 10 days. With insight I should have used Amazon instead.
