It will be interesting if Rise develops its services to offer its customers a Visa or Mastercard as a means of payment.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Rise.
For several days I have been unable to withdraw my own money because every withdrawal attempt fails with an “Authorization Failed” error, even though my account is set up correctly. I recreated my passkey, used my recovery code, verified my bank account, and followed every instruction provided by the support team, yet nothing has resolved the issue.
People depend on this money to pay their bills and cover daily living expenses, so simply saying that the issue is being investigated is not enough.
If there is a technical problem affecting withdrawals, customers deserve transparent communication and regular updates. Not knowing when you will be able to access your own funds is unacceptable.
I sincerely hope Rise resolves this issue quickly, but based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend the service.
If this situation is finally resolved and I am able to access my funds without any further issues, I will be happy to update or remove this review to reflect my experience fairly.

Great platform to receive payout from propfirms. The withdrawl to bank account process was smooth, received the funds within 2-3 minutes after the request. However, the processing fees is bit higher, they charge flat $10 per transaction for any amount of money. It could be good if they had $5 per transaction or some percentage of amount to be received.

Funds missing since June 9 and still no real answer
My withdrawal from Rise was marked as completed on June 9, 2026, but the money never arrived in my bank account and was not returned to my Rise balance.
I reported the issue on June 22, sent the requested bank statement on June 23, and have followed up many times since then. Rise later said there was a beneficiary name mismatch and that they would request a recall of the transaction.
Weeks later, the funds are still missing. Rise has now confirmed that the case is still open with their banking provider, but they cannot provide a banking reference, recall reference, payment trace, estimated timeframe, or confirmation of when the money will be credited back to my Rise balance.
This is not acceptable. Polite support messages are not enough when customer funds are unaccounted for. I need a concrete resolution, not repeated generic updates saying the case is still under investigation.

Very disappointing experience.
Every time I try to convert or withdraw my funds, I receive technical errors, including server errors and authentication issues. Despite contacting Rise multiple times through the in-app chat and sending the email their team requested, I have received no response.
The most frustrating part is the complete lack of communication. My funds are effectively locked on the platform, and there has been no meaningful update or assistance from customer support.
If you rely on timely access to your money, this experience is extremely stressful. I sincerely hope Rise improves both the stability of its platform and, most importantly, its customer support. At the moment, I cannot recommend using this service.

I am sorry but rise is a scam.. to anyone looking forward to using rise run for your life .. I am so disappointed the industry is quite about it people are broke but have funds that are literally siezed.... they ain't helping and bot willing to address what's happening... these scams don't need a platform they need to be banned... reported and sued..for the depression and stress caused..the whole team deserves a punishment

I have a verified Rise account. Few days back, they updated their system and I got an email to "migrate" my account from V1 to V2.
Since then, I have tried to login multiple times but email password just doesn't come. Therefore, I can't even login, let alone "migrate" to V2. This problem wasn't there with the earlier version.
I have sent multiple emails, tried contacting them on chat multiple times but absolutely NO reply.

It’s now been almost 2 weeks since I was suppose to be able to withdrawal my money. They continue to give me BS excuses. They responded and said they would get right on it… but they never did. These people are scammers, they should be put out of business they are stealing my money. Every reply I got through support and also on here was complete BS lies. They should be investigated ASAP. I encourage everyone to report these people! So many people are having the same issues. SCAM!!!

Absolutely abysmal customer service. It’s been nearly 3 weeks of trying to solve my issue. I had to start a new help desk ticket and then they reopened my previous one and tried to resolve the old problem rather than the one I sent. To top it off, I get maybe 1 or 2 replies a week… to the wrong ticket. Currently waiting to onboard to get 30k but they don’t give a flying crap.

I've been waiting for a week, it's a complete disaster!
They asked me to complete ID verification for my RSK password. I've already done it before and I've been using Rise for years. Now they're asking me to do KYC again, but they're not accepting the documents. There's no response to emails. Customer service isn't working. What are we going to do? Please help!

It is now almost a month, and the only thing that has changed is the type of generic messages and lies I am being told. I have been told multiple times that my case is being escalated and will be manually reviewed. I was told multiple times that it should now only take 2-3 business days, I have been even been told that sometimes manual review takes even LONGER than automated review. They are stalling, they are lying, they don't answer you, and if they do, it is days in between replies. They have $7700 USD of my money. To anyone with the same experience, which is apparently a lot of people, I encourage you to keep bombarding all social media outlets and make everyone aware of how Rise operates. I strongly encourage you to file formal complaints with the regulatory bodies in your state, province, and federally. This can not be overlooked.

It has now been 18 days, and close to being 19 after a few hours, of not being able to access and withdraw my own funds. I have contacted Rise through all their email domains, X and via live chat however I receive no concrete solutions and only stalling tactics that have left me hoping for an immediate fix. I was informed multiple times, by multiple support agents that my case has been escalated and prioritized. However, until now they refuse to fix my account and give me access to withdraw my own hard earned funds. I cannot surpass the support agents who seem like an AI bot that would only send generic, templated responses. This has been going on for almost 19 days without a resolution given from Rise, they are refusing to fix my case and is only giving me false updates regarding my account. They have previously replied to one of my Trustpilot reviews saying that I will be contacted through email, however until now I have not received any. They continuously lie and ignore such situations that need urgent help, and I encourage all other affected users to post awareness via X to hold them accountable and to proceed with fixing our accounts immediately. I am also looking to file a formal complaint against Rise, and encourage others to do the same. We have been spreading awareness and kept asking for Rise's attention through X, and we will continue to do so until this issue is fixed.
To Rise, you have no right to hold my own funds against me. I have been demanding immediate solution since June 26, 2026. With all due respect, but for a company who handles large amounts of transactions, you are very incompetent and are close to being called a scammer in this industry. Fix this immediately as I will be filing formal complaints against your company for illegally withholding funds that does not belong to you, and I have been in contact with multiple users who experiences the same to be witnesses and proof for this negligence.

I requested a payout through my funded futures prop firm of $1600 on july 5th. The funds hit riseworks quick, but My passkey to withdraw it was denied and I never had been given an RSK to begin with. So I recreated a passkey to get another RSK and was told to wait for authorization in 48 hours, but it has been over a week and still no help or authorization to withdraw my money. I asked the support chat they have on rise, I was finally told by email support to wait 1-2 business days for the passkey to be authorized and it has not been.I also emailed support again, to which they are not responding back to after 2 days it’s been. I am worried I have heard that Very worried and would like help and support from this company.

Payout with Tradeify took over 8 business days before reaching out to Rise support to escalate issue. Documentation was provided and support said account was now approved. Yet, I am still stuck on the pending identity verification page of the onboarding process. Over $6k of payouts are just sitting in space right now and I have missed bills due to this issue.

I received a payout to my Rise account on June 29th but couldn't withdraw it due to the platform migration. On July 3rd I added a new passkey and was told it would be approved within 48 hours. That deadline passed with no fix, and over the following two weeks I was told the same "under review" line by four different support agents, with the promised timeline pushed back repeatedly (48 hours, then next week, then still nothing).
I still can't authorize withdrawals, I keep getting a "Passkey authorization failed" error, and no one has ever explained the actual technical reason for the failure. Support even closed my active chat and redirected me to another thread instead of resolving anything.
It's been over 15 days now with no access to my own funds and no real answers. Based on other reviews here, this seems to be a recurring pattern, not a one-off issue.

I am waiting for almost two weeks, tried to contact them by phone email etc, my dashboard never updated, I did my application under my LLC they said it needed additional documentation, I provided and since then I never received any update, they holding my house rent payment and the costumer service doesn’t give a dime about their costumers because I’ve emailed them 4x no answer, called them on one only phone number I could find on google but they also don’t answer, now I have no idea on what to do anymore because I can’t find a way to contact them I am just tired and frustrated to search ways of contacting them.

I've been waiting for days but there's no result. I tried to complete ID verification for RSK (Risk Management System) verification, but the document was rejected. It said I needed to email the support team. I emailed them, but received no response. What's going on at this company? How are we going to withdraw our assets to our account? Please, someone explain.
