Our first time ordering from Risus after taking over the school PTA - we needed new items for our Elfridges and prizes for the Christmas fayre. We were blown away by the variety of stock, and how reasonable the prices were too. We ordered end of November and the items all arrived 1st December - I messaged Vicky to check delivery times and she was so helpful, making sure we received everything in time for our events. Cannot fault this company on anything at all, and will 100% be using them again!

Placed an order for items for school Christmas fayre and gifts for all children from Santa. As always, the items were delivered quickly and are of great quality. Everything is great value for money.

Very helpful staff. Requested expedited delivery, no problem arrived by requested time. Also no problem adding additional items to orders when they come back into stock just after order placed. Items always well packed.

Absolutely fabulous experience and outstanding service. Vicky was great, she dispatched our items within plenty of time for a our Christmas Fayre.
However, DPD had other ideas and delayed our parcel with no explanation.
I contacted in panic as our Fayre was on Friday 12th and we still had no prizes on Thursday 11th. We had a phone call back from a lovely gentleman who assured me everything would be resolved and we would receive our items no later than 10:30am on the Friday, even if it meant he had to deliver them himself. They even offered to include gift bags to save us time on wrapping. I declined this offer but it was greatly appreciated.
Needless to say a Christmas Miracle happened and everything we ordered arrived at 10am on the Friday morning in time of our fayre. We managed to get everything wrapped and our children absolutely adored the items we purchased.
Thank you so much for everything you did for us. We will be using you again in the future for our summer fayre and can not fault your service or products at all.

I ordered last minute considering it is christmas and the christmas fayre was coming up. I emailed vicky in a panic it wouldn't arrive. She was so helpful and worked to get it out asap. The items arrived, the fayre was a success raising over £1k for charity. Thank you Vicky

I was buying products for the school PTA. A gift for every child in the school. Another company had ‘lost’ our order, so with only a few days to go before our Christmas event we were in a pickle. We've ordered a few times now for our PTFA. Occasionally needing delivery ASAP and we have always found Risus (specifically Vicky) so helpful and accommodating. Deliveries have always got to us in time and the quality of products has always be really good.

In a slight panic I found this company and hoped that they would be able to supply me with 84 soft child safe cuddly toys for my school Christmas Fayre which was fast approaching.
