I had Cool Sculping carried out about 4 months ago. I had it done on fat below by my belly button on the lower abdomen. The clinic did make me aware that it doesn't work for everyone. I wanted to take the chance but unfortunately there is still no difference after this long period of time. It cost approximately 2.5k so think carefully about whether you will be disappointed if it doesn't work out. I think COVID has had a negative impact on the clinic as a whole. Customers have to wait outside in the car to be called in as there is no receptionist and no waiting allowed in the clinic. I find this a bit degrading if I'm honest, prior to COVID I had been to the clinic before, it had a buzzing atmosphere a professional feel with a warm greeting. I also visited for other treatments during COVID but just felt as though they wanted me out of the door as quickly as possible and the attitude of both Dr Jain and Sonal was somewhat cavalier in their handling of my treatments. I can't say that they treated me badly, but I felt very rushed and no real considerations were made about customer needs/service during my visit. I hope the clinic returns to its former glory, although I think it unlikely.

I had cool sculpting done on my chin and the results have been amazing! The staff were very friendly and informative. Would recommend.

I have been seeing Dr Lori to removal a few moles and skin tags and she has been absolutely fantastic. I have felt comfortable, relaxed and able to ask questions at any stage. the finished result is amazing and my only regret is not booking to see her sooner. Thank you Dr Lori!!!

Underwent a micro-needling with 4 sessions so far.After the first session I didn’t notice much change until I saw the before and after pictures. My skin is clearer, less spots, the skin feels tighter. After the forth session I can clearly see the pores are smaller. It’s amazing! The products that the clinics recommends are working really well and I am using brands I have never heard off. They have also consulted on what make up to use best. I am very happy customer! Highly recommend and will definitely be returning.

My wife Recently had a mole removed and two days later the wound was infected. Poor communication with the company.would not recommend. Cost a lot in France to rectify.

I have enjoyed my experience with the clinic so far and look forward to seeing the end results of my acne scaring. The professionals that work there are friendly and give good knowledge about the treatments made available. I would recommend the clinic.

It was like talking to my friend that’s how comfortable I felt. She was amazing, she looked at my skin and recommended the needle treatment explaining exactly what will happen and how it works. Did she make me feel more confident in myself? Yes. She was absolutely lovely and I am continuing my treatment from the best. From the receptionist to the specialists, everyone is amazing.
