We received such wonderful service from Neil. We ordered 3 beds & a mattress for a great price. Their prices will NOT be beaten. We were quoted thousands more from the big high street brands such as Benson & Dreams. Even then, we would have got slatted Ottomans. With Riverside we’ve got proper mechanical ones. We even had the option of paying over 3 months. We can’t wait for the beds to arrive. Great service & a great price 👏👏☺️

I purchased a Mattress from this business called Riverside Furniture of Tiverton last year, the manufacturer on this occasion was a company called Deluxe beds also trading as Pennine beds. I took a little time to try a limited amount of mattresses within a small company showroom, to settle for what was the softest mattress at that point in time. However, as with many manufacturers, the end result can vary somewhat with the mattress you actually receive, not sure why this is but its hard to challenge the workmanship since they will always say there is nothing wrong with it in order to retain the hard earned money you paid for it. I tried several attempts via telephone & email to resolve the matter of dissatisfaction of the mattress and yes you guessed it, each time I was met with arrogance and resistance! I now have not slept properly ever since. So my advice would be, avoid this company and go to a bed retailer who knows what they are talking about and will put the customer first.
