We used RJ gas heating services for the first time today . A small gas leak was discovered by a company booked in to fit our new oven. With our gas isolated and faced with no hot water or cooking facilities, following recommendations from a Neighbour, we contacted RJ gas and a gas safe qualified Engineer was was with us within the hour and did a wonderful job (over 2 hours) locating and fixing the leak. Based upon this experience, I cannot rate them highly enough and I have no hesitation recommending them to anyone else. I must also add that the charges for the work undertaken were very, very reasonable. 10/10 ++

Recommend without hesitation. They installed a new boiler for us 5 years ago really efficiently and quickly and have serviced it every year since.

A cold December day and my boiler is not working at all, no hot water and no heating. I emailed Charlie on the off chance that he would pick it up sometime. Within 20 minutes he had not only emailed me back but called me as well and talked through the problem. All fixed now. It's a Saturday! I don't even think they work Saturday. All the other work they have done for me has been excellent as well.

Had a new Gas Central Heating Boiler installed as well as radiator and other bits replaced very recently. I am very happy with the service and workmanship, from when they promptly came to see the job and emailed me the detailed quote to the completion of the job. The installers Lee and Reece were knowledgable, thorough, precise, pleasant to talk with, took the time to explain things, gave advice and answered my questions. It’s a family run business who sell, install, maintain and repair gas central heating systems, gas appliances and cookers (they also have a showroom though I didn’t go). I am glad to have found them and intend to use them going forward, and I am very happy to recommend them.

Very efficient service. The quote was detailed and understandable and arrangements for fitting clear. The fitters were cheerful and hard working and left everything tidy. I am looking forward to being cosy this winter.

Good, reliable family run company. Found them via Worcester Bosch approved installer list and have been very satisfied with the service provided. Our boiler is in the outside toilet and on the day the boiler was being installed it was raining, the boiler supplier did not deliver the boiler at the agreed time but they persevered and finished the installation.Would use them again.

Boiler stopped working so called in the morning as my sister uses them. They came in the afternoon same day, solved problem and serviced boiler, showed my daughter how to adjust pressure etc. Very happy customer, will call next year when service due.

I have my boiler regularly serviced by R.J. Gas and always receive a good service. They fitted a new boiler recently. They were punctual, tidy and did an excellent job. They have my complete trust.

Arrived punctually, boiler replaced by early/mid afternoon.
Cost compared well to estimates found online, and quite relaxed attitude to when and how to we paid for the work.

When our boiler packed up on New Year's Day, we were recommended RJ Gas by a friend and they were very good. They replaced the boiler with a new one and everything has been working perfectly. They were very efficient and cleaned up after them. Would definitely use again.

One or two issues over communication (e.g. not being phoned in advance by the engineers on the last day of work to be given an ETA, despite being told they would) are the only things stopping me from giving this company five stars. Other than that, the work was good quality and the installation (of a new boiler and radiators) was conducted swiftly and efficiently.
