I haven’t used this garage before but was recommended RK Motors and I wasn’t disappointed. From the initial phone conversation about the issue with my car, the person I spoke to was so helpful and understanding, and when I took the car in the issue was resolved swiftly. All the staff were great. Excellent customer service, a good, honest garage! Thanks to all at RK Motors

I took my Old Skoda in for an MOT, and it failed on a ball joint. The mechanic showed me the wear and it was obvious it was bad. I was wondering how to get it fixed, as the next day I was headed for a motorway, and didn't fancy hopping along at 70 with a bad suspension. Then Raz the owner said "Dont worry my friend, I will get one and fit it now" He went off and came back witha ball joint, and half an hour later I was on my way with a fresh MOT. The repair was only a few quid. A1, excelent service and very cheap.

I've used this company for several years for my M.O.T as I had found them good/fair. However, I had such a bad experience with them yesterday (12th) when I took my VW Passat CC in for an M.O.T.
When the car was ready I went to person who does the M.O.T there and I asked him about why my child seat was an advisor on my M.O.T and instead of him explaining it to me, he told me " If I was not happy to go and see his Romanian Co-Worker for him to explain to me in my own language.

** What I find so disrespectful is that I can clearly speak very advance level of English and I was communicating in English to him and he told me to effectively go and speak to my own kind"" At least I am able to speak two languages!

At that point another mechanic came out and shouted over to me and shouted an offensive words and if I don't like it I ca ???? off.

I was quite surprised with the level of abuse I got from this company after using them for many years.

Im not spending alot, I'm doing both my cars twice a year, however if they speak/treat people in this way they will soon lose alot of customers!

I gave an honest review based on my experience and I won't use them again.

Excellent, professional, honest assessment of the issue with my car. Prompt and professional service delivery. Very clean and tidy waiting room for customers. This garage is the very best around here. The staffs were courteous, professional and committed to their duties.
I was blown away with the excellent service delivered.

Outstanding service,
I had my car serviced at a big brand garage,
I informed the garage that my brakes were making a noise and
was told the brakes were good, no problem
Ten days later the noise was getting worse,
I’m a driving instructor and I had a test the next day at 11am
And now its 7pm what could I do ?
I rang RK motcentre explained my problem
He opened up for me took a look at my car the brakes were metal to metal and not road worthy,
The next morning he went out got the parts at 8am fixed my car by 9am
Ready for pick up for test 9.30
Wow I was so lucky
If he hadn’t the boy would have lost his test and I would have had to find him another test which would have been for next year ( there’s a long waiting list )
He passed first time
All because of the over and above service from Rkmotors

Absolutely amazing. Called RK Motors at 11.30am to take a look at my car (metallic sound coming from the wheel on the driver's side!). They had it up on the ramps within 10 minutes and were able to tell me the issue (broken dust shield) and had the car back by 2.30pm as I had to run back to work! Good price, very friendly and able to explain the issue to a layperson like me and able to squeeze me in as I was desperately calling around the local garages who were fully booked!

Great workshop, very helpful. Had to get towed from the parking area of gatwick and they had my car back on the road just after lunch the next dat. Great service.

Amazing staff, they helped me when my car brakes went and I needed to get home to wales that same day after my holiday. Would highly recommend, very efficient explained what parts they needed to fix my car. very clear with pricing and didn’t charge the earth to fix my car even with short notice! If I lived closer that would be my garage of choice to go to for anything for my car!! 10/10 for everything!

Excellent workmanship, total honesty and integrity. Raz and his team simply operate a motor centre that offers the highest possible service, highest quality and at amazing prices. We have all been ripped off by main dealers and the reason that my family and I have been with Raz for over 25 years is because we trust him and his team totally. I always had a good experience with Raz. One of the most honest and excellent work i found after my exposer with different service center in couple of cities. My mini cooper breaks down in middle of road when i just moved to Crawley and don't know anyone. Tow van guy suggested me about this place and i am happy that i followed his suggestion. He is my go to guy. Last couple of days i heard some weird sound from wheel. I took my car to his garage around closing time. He manage to look in this problem and found it to be a very minor problem. He didn't charge anything. Raz never turn you anything down if you are going through time crunch. I recommended this place to many of my friends and collogue and never heard any complains.

My experience at R K motor is one of the best they friendly and excellent customer services and they do excellent work.
