My washing machine broke down and luckily an engineer was free and came within half an hour. The motor had broken and as it was 16 years old decided to buy a new one. They had a new one in the shop and it was delivered and installed promptly by Plamen who was extremely polite and efficient. I would highly recommend R L Baileys.
An Engineer called to our home on the 31st october, by the name of Jon, i was very impressed with his skill knowledge , he was very polite and helpful and gave me every confidence in him. hopefully when the parts arrive and they are fitted it will work but if it does not i will be quite happy to purchase a machine from Baileys. Our oven broke on a Sunday and I phoned RlBailey the next day. An engineer was booked in for Thursday to mend the oven but that afternoon we had a phone call saying “there was a cancellation and could we come in 30 min?” I was very happy. Jon soon arrived and fixed the oven in no time! He was a very nice man, polite and well mannered!

Baileys are an old and trusted firm in Salisbury for household appliances and repairs, so when our oven broke we called them first. They were very efficient and communicative, Brian called straight away, diagnosed the problem and was back after a few days with the parts needed for repair. In under an hour he had repaired our oven as good as new, and for a good price. We dont hesitate to recommend them , thank you.
