Excellent customer service and the floor doctor was brilliant for fixing the cracks and holes in an old concrete floor. Steve was extremely helpful going through everything with me as I had a lot of questions being a first time user of their products. Would definitely use this company again

FYI £2000 order of material

Firstly -First batch arrived it was white??

Steve from customer service has an awful attitude and is just quick to get your money. All the images they share online and of there ‘boosted’ posts on Facebook show a perfectly nice level floor which looks like a dream.

First batch it didn’t activate, and left the floor sticky and where it did dry it was like very pitty.

Second batch even more pitty which has resulted in us not getting paid off the job.

Sent pictures to Steve and he’s the rudest most arrogant person with absolutely no customer service skills, was super quick to jump on you haven’t mixed it - so sent an image of the paddle mixer with the product still on, his reply was the paddle had been used prior and that’s what was doing it - however the previous product was again their material. Upon learning that it then got sent to their technical and the new excuse was it was moisture on the floor, but bear in mind this was a month or so ago when we had the heatwave for a good solid few weeks, twinned with the fact the unit also had heaters that operated during winter.

Ask for some form of good will as ultimately we did all our prep work correctly and the fault is not down to us.

Additionally Steve also advised that TUFF FLOOR coating was fit for purpose for a showroom for our client but also failed to mention the second abit of water gets on it it’s like an ice rink, anti slip should have been advised.

We are now having to sand a massive area 5000SQFT, which is very labour intensive and disruptive to the business (our client) after it’s done we are nearly 5k out of pocket all down to RMS.

We are also currently in process of issuing court proceedings against RMS for our losses.

We have just had a bad experience with a company called Resin Floor Coatings UK, 9 days after we ordered the garage floor paint we are still waiting for it to arrive, We ordered the floor paint from RM suppliers on Wednesday afternoon 18/9/19, the kit arrived at
10.20am Friday 20/9/19.That's a result.

This is my second review (I received three shipments). In addition to my previous I would say that the ordering process (by telephone) is helpful and clear and that the shipment arrives quickly and as advertised. Having used the Tufflor (and its pre-sealer, Dampstop) I must say that if you paint it onto a perfectly clean, clear, flat, unpitted, uncracked floor it gives a beautiful, shiny hard covering of which you can be proud. But it should not be expected (as I had done) in any way to 'paint over the cracks'. You must ensure that you do everything you can to achieve a perfect surface before the Tufflor goes on in order for it to look its best, although I assume that it it is still just as functional.

Once again told a date for delivery and let down. Arrived five days later. Not acceptable this day in age.

Very Helpfully and polite when had quires. everything was very easy from ordering to paying. All information was easy to get hold off.

Fantastic Customer service from Steve i think. Explained everything and worked out my quote. A little slow on getting the quote over however explained he was busy but sorted the order out pronto. lets hope the product is as good as the salesman
