As a driver I like the Gigs available. However SUPPORT is TERRIBLE! I have reached out multiple times and my problem is NOT RESOLVED. It is almost impossible to speak to an actual person.

I've enjoyed everything about it except for one thing the one day that I was having an issue and I lost my car keys it took me 11 hours to get a hold of technical support because I was using my Motorola phone through straight talk and until I got Wi-Fi on my iPhone I couldn't get a hold of anybody but as soon as I turned on my iPhone and hooked it up to Wi-Fi I got an answer right away so that's the only thing I've seen that needs to be checked into is why Motorola isn't getting through to the tech support chat but besides that everything else I love

Roadie has really been focused lately on improving the experience for drivers. Depending on your area; you can stay busy but you have to keep one thing in mind...
This platform rewards drivers for consistency and excellent service. Starting out can be slow depending on the market but with focus and dedication, the gig offers build.
Overall this is a great way to stay busy when you're out on the road. If you drive for any other gig platform it will come easy to you. The app it's simple, intuitive and easy to understand.

I like it that you have a lot of gigs for one thing that I would like is that I said gigs. I get rejected nobody around. It happens a lot.

Driver picked up medication from cvs the returned it to cvs 3 hours later, then cvs told me I had to pick up my medication, roadie driver really put me in a bind, I need the medication but can’t pick it up, nightmare, no one cares

United Healthcare use this third party…
United Healthcare use this third party service to have an Apple Watch delivered to my home from Best Buy. The package arrived open. Which I have video camera of. I believe the person making the delivery was the thief. It was the wrong person and car making the delivery. Not as described. Made a police report and could only get Roadie support through email. They didn’t refund or look into the matter as they should. And told me through an email I would get a response once they conclude there investigation. I’m out a watch that was valued over 400 US dollars.
The worst
The worst! I used them all the time, but now, impossible to work with them. The 2 hour delivery window is NEVER honored! Drivers accepting the gig and waiting till the last minute to cancel the gig causing another 2 hour wait time. So unprofessional! There's nor customer service that one can reach for help facilitating, The AI chat box is useless and the customer service line has a ridiculous wait time. It's obvious that this business does not care about their customers!!!
Operations declined after new warehouse – longer routes and delays
I work as a driver using the Roadie platform, and since the transition to the new warehouse at 5995 Pacific Center Blvd, San Diego, the overall operation has significantly declined.
The system is disorganized and lacks a clear process. Drivers are often required to wait extended periods without clear justification, while receiving inconsistent or arbitrary instructions. There is no defined line system, and different staff members provide conflicting directions.
Routes have also become more demanding. Many now exceed 100 miles, include dirt roads, and areas with no phone signal. While pay has only increased slightly, fuel costs have risen significantly, the number of packages per route has increased, and total route time has also gone up.
This has negatively impacted efficiency and overall driver experience. Drivers are independent contractors, yet the current setup does not reflect a structured or sustainable operation.
Absolute worst delivery company!
Absolute worst delivery company!! Used twice for CVS medication delivery.
First time, the delivery photo showed the driver’s steering wheel and then the driver never delivered the medication. CVS and all involved reported it as stolen.
Second time, tracking indicated the medication was delivered and it was not.
The delivery photo showed an unknown location.
Don’t bother calling their support number. You get routed to a bot that does not understand “not delivered”
When you finally, for the 4th time say TALK TO A REPRESENTATIVE” you’re on hold for 20+ minutes. I ended up closing the call. NEVER AGAIN!!
Roadie Drivers can Cancel Orders Without You Ever Knowing
How come your drivers can cancel an order at any time without any notice to the customer or the company you're delivering for?
That's utter nonsense. Regardless of the reason why the driver cancelled my order, to not send a single email, letter, or update to me or the company I purchased from, and to make the only way for me to see the cancellation is by opening the tracking details that lead to your website, is the only reason I need to never order from a company who uses you again.

Awful absolutely awful, The people didnt even attempt delivery then just claimed the order as expired without any attempt to reach out, paid extra for next day delivery and they failed to even attempt. then you try to contact them and the only people you reach are ai robots. awful experience, avoid at all costs.
Warning to anyone thinking about…
Warning to anyone thinking about driving for Roadie: be prepared to waste your time and money. I have repeatedly driven to pickups only to be told the order was already picked up, and Roadie offers no compensation for the wasted gas, mileage, or time. Their app often leaves out important delivery notes/instructions, causing unnecessary delays and confusion. When you contact support, all you get are automated messages saying someone will follow up—but no one ever does. My son has had the same issues while driving for them. Roadie expects drivers to absorb the cost of their mistakes while offering little to no real support. Very disappointing experience.
DRIVERS NEEDED WHO SPEAK ENGLISH
Driver could not speak any English and was trying to deliver totally wrong items to my home. Could not get any help or customer service whatsoever from anyone.
Driver could not understand this was not my order. And I'm not speaking about broken English or bad English I am saying NO ENGLISH. No wonder order was lost.

LAZY delivery driver who can't read directions!
This delivery company left a large package they delivered outside the front door of a 16 floor highrise condominium building. There are clear directions for delivery companies to follow regarding deliveries in our building. We have a package room with lockers and there is entrance into the back gate as well as into the package room. The driver was lazy! Then when I called the driver, his reception was so unclear I could not understand anything he said! Very frustrating!

I hate every single company that uses this service for delivery. 3 packages have never shown to my house, I don't know if the drivers are incompetent or what. They give you a phone number to reach the driver well either it's a fake number or the driver doesn't respond. I being a small business owner will never use this service.
A delivery driver Brett Baumgart…
A delivery driver Brett Baumgart delivered a large order of pine pellets consisting of 30 bags. I was not home wasn’t expecting delivery today however I didn’t make contact with him on exactly where to put them and how to place them so that it’s easier for me to maneuver them. He did exactly what I needed it in an effort to assist me. I can’t tell you how much I really appreciate this and a delivery driver to help out the way he did. He is in addition to your delivery, service, professional, dedicated, and here to help the customer thank you so so so much. BRETT you should be proud to have him working for your company. I’m a good tipper and I left him a $30 tip as well. He most certainly deserved it and I would do it again. Thanks again.
