Amazing experience with Roadstr!
We rented a Porsche in Paris through Roadstr for about €210, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish.
The whole process was smooth, the car was in perfect condition, and the owner was incredibly friendly and professional. Driving through Paris in that car felt unforgettable — truly one of those moments you remember for a long time.
The only small thing to note is that Roadstr accepts only European-issued cards, so Ukrainian cards don’t work for payment. But that wasn’t a big issue — we figured it out quickly, and everything went perfectly afterward.
Overall, I’m extremely happy with the experience. The platform is easy to use, the selection of cars is amazing, and the service is reliable. I’d absolutely recommend Roadstr to anyone who wants to rent something special and make their trip unforgettable.

The car was great, the communication with the owner of the car was good, but the insurance deposit is still with Roastr website after 2 months. They keep it for no reason. Very disapointed. becarefull.

À votre demande, nous avons contacté notre prestataire de paiement, Mangopay, qui a confirmé cette information. Nous vous avons également transmis toutes les preuves nécessaires pour votre banque.
Comme indiqué dans notre dernier courriel, auquel nous n'avons pas encore reçu de réponse, si votre empreinte bancaire demeure toujours bloquées par votre banque malgré les preuves envoyées pour le déblocage, il est impératif que votre banque nous envoie une lettre à ce sujet afin que des investigations plus approfondies puissent être effectuées.
Pour information nous n'avons pas besoin de RIB car le retour des cautions se fait automatiquement sur la carte enregistrée.
