Superb service form start to finish a firm you can trust . After been recommended by a friend to use there services to help with a speeding fine that was looking to get a year ban and potentially having to resit my test, I walked away with 6 points and small fine . Can’t thank them enough for everything . The only firm to use as far as I’m concerned for road traffic offences . If you want a good shot of keeping your licence I’d give them a call

It was fair to say I was pretty anxious finding myself on 9 points with a further 3 potentially coming due to an alleged traffic signal violation, so facing a ban due totting up, and driving up to 40,000miles a year for work a 6 month ban would have been impossible to manage without a huge amount of disruption to both work and family life.
Andrew put me at ease at my initial consultation going over outline options and procedures before handing over to Steven.
Steven explained options in detail, spent time investigating the junction layout, signal phasing, sight lines of witnesses and put together a fantastic defence, keeping informed during the trial and resulting in a not guilty result on the day of the trial.

Found myself on 9 points with another 2 Nips pending. Initially spoke to Andrew who put me at ease with the situation.Met with Steven who talked me through how we could fight these, at all times he was honest and up front.
1st case - dismisssed, Steven knows the law inside out.
2nd case - with all loop holes closed and the evidence all correct and put before us he rightly advised me to plead guilty and then he persuaded the court to show leniancy, 28 day ban - brilliant result.

Having been previously (and successfully) defended by Roadtrafficlaw a few years back for a run of the mill speeding case, I recently had cause to use their services again on my Companies behalf.

Whilst this case was more complex and commercial in nature, the outcome was very much the same as we got both the charges returned as NOT GUILTY.

Ultimately we were looked after very well by Steven Farmer and his team and therefore we would not hesitate to recommend.

A friend recommended G Walker to myself after i was charged with being over the limit, i seen Ian at the Maryhill road office. When i received citation, the officer mentioned to me it was the last day before charge would be time barred. I mentioned this to Ian who being a lawyer knew of the 6 months deadline, as i had been served 5 day's over the deadline Ian was optimistic. Mr Corr appeared at paisley for me and spoke to the PF who accepted the case wasn't competent. My not guilty plea was accepted. I'd like to thank Ian and Mr Corr for there diligence in the way they handled my case.

Excellent result and a very friendly and professional service. I dealt with Andrew Martin throughout the case and was realistically advised as to what penalties I could expect for travelling at 86mph in a 60mph zone on the infamous A75 ...... possible 6 points and a large fine.

I had received a speeding ticket early in 2018, due to the previous points on my license i was in doubt as to my next step so contacted Road Traffic Law and spoke to Steven whom took the time ( without charging me) to explain the various options and avenues open to me.
After this call i decided to hire Steven to represent me and to fight the case against me- which to me was pretty iron clad.

Absolutely amazing service, could not recommended highly enough.

Top service from steven farmer so glad with the out come. I was caught going 100MPH in a 70 MPH zone had only been driving 20 days and he managed to get me 4 points reduced from 6 and a 400 fine reduced from 600. Happy with that money well spent. If your licence is at risk i would highley recomend this frim to any one 100% professional at what they do.

Had a citation to appear in court today for an accumulation of road traffic offences that would have added another 12 points to the 9 I already have on my licence.

Contacted Roadtrafficlaw.com at Skypark,Glasgow last week and explained all to Andrew Martin.
I was to meet Steven Farmer at the court 10.00 hrs.
Just as I arrived at the court Steven walks out and said '' you may as well go home the case against you is now dropped and no need for me to appear''.

I was very impressed with the way my case was dealt with from the beginning. Road Traffic Law have an excellent attention to detail. On my trial day was briefed on all possible outcomes. Due to Steven Farmers extensive knowledge of justice system he was able to put my case to the Crown. They were then in agreement that it would have a non guilty verdict. Got caught doing 92mph in a 60mph. I contacted Steven at road traffic law after I spoke to a friend who highly recommend him. Steven managed to get the speed reduced to 89mph which along with my job helped the case and I walked away with 3 points and a £200 fine.

I was in trouble for the first time, unfortunately for drink driving and this company has done the best they could do for me and I couldn't be happier. I would be stuck without them. Can't fault at all, I appreciate everything they do.
