Engaged ROAR Digital Marketing to conduct market research and competitor analysis in the e-commerce space. Michael took the time to take a detailed brief; helping me along the way and offering suggestions to increase the effectiveness of the research and keeping me updated throughout. The follow up walk through of the results was excellent, breaking the findings down into actionable insights. We now know the size of the market, what existing firms are doing in that space, where the gap is and how to move into it. Will be using ROAR again to develop launch strategy. Highly recommended.

Since I started at Tungl (formerly Technically Compatible) I've made fairly big changes to the marketing strategy and activities including the brand. This has meant ROAR had to adapt how they were currently working with us. They got on board with all these changes very quickly, updating PPC tactics, creating a new suite of adverts for our new brand and continually finding ways to maximise our spend. I've given them challenges with wanting to reduce spend but retain our quality leads which they have risen to.
