Roastar is my go-to company for the highest quality coffee bags. As a central part of our coffee company's branding, our bags need to look great and Roastar doesn't disappoint. Customer Service is great! I've been using them off and on and they have totally improved their customer service and streamlined their process. You get the products much faster (than a few years ago) and you can chat to the in-house print team. I had some issues and they were able to provide some recommendations and cause a few issues in my upload. They do more than a typical print shop.

Always an amazing experience with Roastar. They have been working with our small biz for years. They are quick to respond to any questions and their team is so helpful. We owe a lot of our success with our packaging to the team at Roastar.

Double check our work and ask questions. Provide clear proofs. Make good quality mylars and give us the option to customize sizes.

As far as reputable company, it's as good as it gets. The reason for my 4 star review is that it didn't save my work well. I designed my coffee bag, with lots of layers. I took reviewed it and took it to check out and at that point realized I wanted to make a small edit. I clicked on the edit project button and it had erased all of my layers. I had to upload all my images as well. There were also a couple of times where if froze, then all of my layers deleted and I had reupload everything again. I couldn't figure out how to access whatever I saved. I almost just quit and was going to go another company, but it finally worked. I made my order, but yesterday I wanted to go back into my project to review and maybe edit it, but couldn't access it. That was pretty annoying.

I had a great experience with Roastar I found the design lab to be very helpful, fun, and easy to use. I would like the ability to save and or make templates in the design lab so when making several bags one could use the templates instead of having to re type all the information again. Otherwise you guys are awesome !

We've had lots of changes and delays on our end but she went above and beyond for a few orders now. I highly recommend Roastar. They are very professional and we've been happy with all our orders.

Great experience ordering with Roastar and in general. Ashley Kreger is very attentive and understanding, and Ashley Thiel has great detail and follow-up. The pre-press team has also been very fast and helpful. Highly professional, competent, and friendly team.
