Faulty coat and no quality controls in place

Beautiful coat had left their warehouse with one arm stitched up. Unwearable and I didn’t have proof of purchase so they wouldn’t rectify. Fair play I didn’t have proof of purchase but I can’t help feeling very disappointed that this company doesn’t have quality controls in place to prevent it from happening. This coat should never have left their warehouse. A disappointing company and customer experience. I can’t recommend.

Terrible experience...send a jumper and…

Terrible experience...send a jumper and t-shirt back of my own payment...tracked and signed for... message that no one was there to take it but it can be picked up...fell on deaf ears and no response or refund...Terrible company
