Cancelled a booking here for post-lockdown with out even taking the time to let me know personally or giving an explanation. Seems they bumped me to prioritise other customers but when leaving a review on Google they personally attacked me instead of taking the feedback on board! If you want no-contact booking e.g. online or over email, or some courtesy when supporting a local business, book elsewhere.
