Delivery was correct and received in good time, but items were dirty
Delivery was exactly as ordered; no issues noted so far with the way the products work. One thing that I must remark on was that the products were absolutely filthy - I didn’t expect that, and cannot recall that being an issue with a the order that I placed some time ago with yourselves.

(Inadequate experiance) due to not contacting me before sending one item, out of the two that I had ordered. The hand writen text on the invoice "Due to a system malfunction" not my fault. I should of been contacted before charging me the £7 - 24hr next day delivery charge. To see if I wanted to continue with the incomplete order.
Also not reciving my one item until four days later.
