He never replies to emails, lousy service

Ordered apple block of cages for breeding purposes for lovebirds. Thought it was galvanised purely by the pics and it is not, looks powder coated which parrot like birds will damage over time and it can rust. Comes with no instructions whatsoever and whilst someone with a bit of diy knowledge should be able to assemble ok some may get confused. I called in and was told to look on you tube yet the only video I could find was someone showing a finished assembled cage set. I have in fact got 3 pieces left over which are white powder coated steel sections around 15 inches long and cannot find a place for them? Not sure about door sizes and positions as when catching birds will need a very long arm or very small net. The cages assembled however look great and overall I think will be very useful.

Always good service from Rob harvey. part of my order was out of stock but rung the sameday to let me know and as soon as they came in he would send them out.

I have order the cages , it's arrived without perches and 4 feeders broken .
After 5 days this company send me more perches and more feeders .

Absolute fantastic customer service i was delivered damaged breeder cages x4 , and was then sent out another x2 cages soon after no problem at all and still have the old ones to try and repair, more companies should be like these.
