Amazing staff and beautiful clothes
On a recent visit to the shop I was so impressed by all the staff and in particular Wendy who was so amazing. I’m not a very good shopper and struggle to find clothes I like. Wendy really took the time to pick out some styles she thought would suit me. She gave me her opinion and if something didn’t look right she was honest. She gave me advice on what to pair my purchases with. She spent so much time with me and was incredibly patient. I don’t normally enjoy shopping for clothes but the staff at Robinsons made it such an enjoyable experience for me and I came away with some gorgeous new outfits. I will definitely be returning in the future!

Excellent customer service
My order came very quickly and despite ordering the wrong size, Lily in customer services was quick to answer my queries and very efficient in helping me arrange my return , and also order replacement sizes.

However, our recently installed POS system doesn't allow us to store customers' credit notes any longer. We ask all our customers to keep a copy of their email credit as this is now their responsibility. Whilst we would love to be able to still store these details for our customers, the software simply just doesn't allow it.
