Although the response rate is not speedy, around 1-2 days to response. But the package arrives in good condition, and I received a free pair of socks for my first ever purchase from Robinson's Shoes. Will purchase my next pair of shoes there in future too! :)

I have purchased boots from Robinson's before. This time, I received a prompt and helpful reply to my email query about sizing, and when I did place my order, the new boots made their way to Australia in record time.

The perfect footwear in the best possible presentation. On time delivery, in perfect order and with nice additional touches including spare laces, individual felt bags and a pair of quality socks. Highly recommended service.

looked the part when delivered but the pull tabs were not stitched on a minor point but needed . with a pair of good socks and shoe horn included overall very good.

Difficult to work with and will ultimately place the ball in your court if you have an issue. There are other retailers that are much are a much better option.

Nice to know some standards are maintained, absolute quality in a well presented package.

Having contacted the office over the weekend of 10/11th October I was assured that someone would call me on the working day to advice re. Sizing.

No call was received until 16th October when I felt compelled to return the goods. Disappointing and let down .

This is my first purchase from Robinson's and I must say that It am most impressed by the ease of ordering from the selection all the ay to the payment. All I had to do after that was to sit back and relax and my brand new shoes arrived in no time at all. They were in perfect condition and exactly what I had ordered. It was also most comforting to find a "return" form attached to the delivery. Not that I needed it but it was most reassuring as it meant that Robinson's were prepared to stand by their product. With such an excellent experience, it is hard not to return, soon enough.

The product I ordered, though shown as available, was actually out of stock. My card was charged immediately nonetheless, and although I said I was prepared to wait I still have not received my goods after 2 weeks and I'm the meantime been asked to provide a review of the service!

I ordered Barker loafers, good price, delivered quickly, beautiful shoes

I choose PayPal as a secure way to pay my chose. There were no information about any costs for that service and that they took appr. 8 % of the price of the shoes. It has been cheaper for to buy my shoes in Sweden.
