I discovered Robin Valley through a Facebook Ad which is usually a red flag for me but something about their website just made me feel confident in ordering. I ordered a pair of Christmas Highland cow earrings for my partner which she loved. No problems with them and really comfortable to wear. They arrived a day later than expected but that was down to Royal Mail. I have since ordered a second pair of Earrings for my daughter for her birthday which also looks amazing and she will absolutely love. I will be purchasing again from this company in the future.
I love the robin valley earrings & have used numerous times & recommended to friends, however I recently ordered 3 pairs & when the delivery arrived I was missing a pair, I emailed & got a quick response apologising & was told they would be sent out in the afternoon with an order number. I waited a week & heard nothing so emailed again but have had no reply. I’m really disappointed as they were for gifts
Bought 5 pairs of earrings they are beautiful was worried about them irritating my ears but I've had no problems with them also your customer service was excellent as I messed up my order as I forgot to put my discount codes in completely my fault but your customer service refunded my discount straight away,and sorted my order for me.
