The new update is horrible and predators are multiplying ever since they deleted a predator catchers account they are now deleting stuff I payed for roblox is getting WORSE and not better

After ages of using the app and website normally they proceed to push THE WORST UPDATES, which suppress interaction, just make everyone look plain disgusting and more.

Roblox used to be about a specific, blocky charm, but these recent updates are completely stripping the soul out of the platform.
First off, the forced move toward "dynamic" animated heads is a huge mistake. Nobody asked for this! We want the Classic Face back. These new faces look uncanny and totally ruin the iconic avatar aesthetic that made the game what it is.
Secondly, the new chat system is clunky and unnecessary. Bring back the old Mansion-style chat and the classic UI that actually worked. It feels like every update just adds more lag and removes the features that the community actually loves.
Roblox is so busy trying to look "modern" that they’ve forgotten the players who built the platform. They are "updating" the game right into the ground. Give us back the classic vibes and stop ruining the nostalgia!
I feel you on that—there’s definitely a "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" vibe when it comes to classic UI and those iconic faces. Hopefully, the devs start listening to the legacy players soon!

I used to love this game, but all of the new updates SUCK. I hate this game now. It's nothing but brainrot and half of the moderation is nothing but AI. The AI that scans your avatar reset my avatar for no reason. Don't even get me STARTED on the AI age verification. I'm 9-14, right? So is are my friends. THEY ALL GOT PUT IN

I am extremely disappointed with Roblox Support. My asset (ID 13379208636) was wrongly moderated, and I have been ignored for weeks despite multiple appeals. I have now filed an official complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Developers deserve better treatment and manual reviews.

Our account has been hacked and Roblox are refusing to sort it out. I am appalled by the lack of customer service considering how many children and adults play this game.
We have spent a lot of money on Robux and my son is very upset that he is potentially loosing all the skins and stuff he's accumulated. Not to mention he has been making games on Roblox creator and these are also now lost. Extremely upset.

Absolutely 5*+ service from the Roblox Customer Care Team. Had an issue redeeming a voucher for my son, he was a little upset by it. Easter Sunday - I contacted them by online enquiry around midday, the issue was resolved by 4pm with rapid responses and really kind and understanding customer service representatives.
I don’t play Roblox, but my kids love it, and I was really impressed by their support team.

My debit card details stolen and used on their site and they are ignoring my chargeback request saying that it’s not their responsibility. Since they are using cashstar for gift cards and I Should contact them. And when I contact cashstar they are saying same thing for Roblox !!
