Warranty? No!

Personally I don't think I got good customer support from Robomow. If Robomow has problems with a dealer and quits a contract with that dealer, I as a customer shouldn't be victim of that. I already delivered my mower to this old dealer of Robomow, thinking that they still had a contract with Robomow. How am I supposed to know that the contract with the dealer was ended? So my warranty is not being upheld.

We own a RK2000 since 3 years

We own a RK2000 since 3 years. So far I had to exchange the batterie, blade disc and wheel motor. So, the quality is very bad. Sorry for the honest review.

Buy a Husqvarna.

Buy a Husqvarna.
This is litterally the worst robot ever. I've had several, and they all come with issues. Not powerful enough to cut the grass, not finding the base station, not departing automatically, ... You name it. If you buy one, don't throw out your manual mower.

Robomower2000 rubbish

Robomower2000. Bought as birthday present for me from my family, not cheap €1,750. Came with 3 year warranty, developed serious issue, 1 season use, now dead as dodo in my shed. No help from the seller
ALL4PLANTS (AVOID) and no assistance from the manufacturer .never would dream of buying from them, and certainly don’t buy ROBOMOWER, you have a problem you are on your own.

I bought a house and got a Robomow in…

I bought a house and got a Robomow in the deal. Unfortunately, the previous owner had bought the Robomov second-hand from the original owner. The original owner is registered as an owner in the Robomow system. Since neither I nor the person I bought the house from has contact with the original owner – it is impossible for me to get it re-registered to me. Not 10 wild horses can convince customer service at Robomow that I should stand as the owner. This means that I can only use the mower manually. Every time it shall start, I must go out and press start on the mover. Every time on my way out into the garden I can think about the service I didn't get.
