Return Policy
I bought some shorts from the website, fair to say the material is nice and comfy, however I wasn’t fully satisfied with the overall look and wanted to return it but their return policy makes it such a hassle that I decided to keep my order maybe give it away, but definitely not bother trying to return it as they make you have to you pay for tracked delivery as they take no responsibility if anything happens to it whilst being returned to them. Also you would have to actually email them as opposed to them receiving an automatic notification informing them that they will be receiving a return, which means they don’t give you an opportunity to state your reasoning. Instead they want you to handwrite a note inserted in the parcel. Unfortunately I will not be buying again simply because of this, if I actually loved my order but the sizing was wrong I still wouldn’t go through all this hassle no ones got time for- it’s a shame
