Speedy and helpful, only problem I have with giving a review now is that my test isnt until Christmas eve, so if I have been misinformed my positive review wont be valid but most importantly it will mess up my travel plans....

Megan saved the day!
We had tests booked for a family holiday to Barbados including connecting flights from Shannon to London. I had based my timing of the tests on the flight from London to Barbados but discovered at the last minute that we needed them for boarding in Shannon. Panic stricken I called and was lucky to speak to Megan. She was so lovely and very helpful. She spoke to her manager and your team managed to get our results back very quickly. I cannot thank you all enough especially Megan. I will recommend your testing company to my friends.
