I have to say how wonderful the ladies at Rockamilly are. I ordered 2 Vendula purses from them, unfortunately one had a broken zip (which they noticed before sending to me). They’d emailed me to tell me, but I hadn’t got the email, and when I contacted they were so lovely, and got everything sorted for me out of hours, then sent the purse that was ok first class as I’d been waiting. First class customer service, and they were all so friendly and helpful. I can’t recommend them enough 🥰

My first order experience was great (see my 5 star review), so I put in a second one. Unfortunately, after the order was completed, I saw that I could've combined the purchases to receive free shipping. As it was, I paid shipping twice, which was quite expensive.

I reached out to customer service to ask for shipping refunds, unfortunately, they refused. I sent a second email asking for shipping refund for just one order, but haven't heard back since. They did offer a small amount of gift coupons, which is appreciated; but since I have no plans for future purchases, this solution was not useful for me.

I'm disappointed in customer service; but at the end of the day, it's my own fault. I still recommend them for purchasing things; they have lots of cute items!

The boots I chose are fantastic, absolutely no complaints there. However, it took some time for them to get to the Netherlands, and that was partly due to the extra import taxes I had to pay, which I wasn't told before. That's the downside to buying from the UK these days.
