Ordering was quick and easy

Ordering was quick and easy, even from the mobile webpage. As a non-vaper ordering as a gift, a bit more description would have been valuble, but overall positive experience. Order was shipped and received faster than stated, and tracking was simple and easy.

Got my order in a timely fashion but my…

Got my order in a timely fashion but my only issue and im not sure if it's on rock bottom vapes or the postal service but I got an email stating my package shipped but then it said it's in pre shipment or something to that effect on both there website and the USPS website until it showed up at my house. Really a quite minor thing but it's nice to be able to track your package, all in all....solid prices and it showed up quick with the right product.

Excellent service. Got order like 3 days after I ordered. After trying other sites and had awful service. This was such a relief.
I would highly recommend.
