Rockland Cosmetics: Pure Delight

I'm skeptical at best when shopping on-line, having had memorable experiences in the negative.

First and foremost, the customer service at Rockland Cosmetics is stellar! Kindness, compassion, professionalism far beyond most other on-line businesses (and many brick-and-mortar businesses as well). And the attention to details is equal to "in-person". Ease of use of their web-site is equally wonderful.

I found, for VERY reasonable prices, so many items that I've been looking for for a long while, and even with browsing other items, ordering took almost no time at all.

I'd made a slight error in the billing information I'd provided an almost immediately received e-mail notification, including telephone numbers to contact. Too many businesses these days don't provide that information so this was a great comfort to me. I phoned and left a message (it was on a week-end) and replied to the e-mail as well. Imagine? I had the opportunity to reply, another option not often available.

First thing Monday morning, an e-mail acknowledgement of receipt of my e-mail AND a direct telephone call! With-in mere moments, the matter was settled and all was well with my order. Impressive, VERY impressive. And options were offered to expedite the shipment of my order! "Options"!

In these times of being told by sales persons "We don't have that in stock, but you can find it on-line." and my hesitation to dealing with computers and Internet, I can say, with-out reserve, I look forward to continuing my shopping with Rockland Cosmetics and I can, with-out reservation, suggest and recommend that others do so as well. I'm grateful for being able to purchase products that are difficult, if not impossible to find locally and for the security I feel because of the caring and concern I've experienced.
