Have been searching for this product at numerous auto supply stores and the internet for at least a week. Finally found this website but very concerned in providing credit card number to an unknown company outside of the USA. Tired of looking everywhere, thought what the heck, I'll give them a chance. Canada and the UK are our about our only trusted friends so felt somewhat confident it would be OK. Product was exactly what I had hoped, and arrived sooner than expected. Very disappointed had to go outside USA to find such a simple product. Extremely impressed with Rockshore. Rockshore rocks!

How can you rate something that did not arrive
I ordered seat covers from rockshore, took my money then two or three days later emailed me to say they were out of stock. I did receive my money back but they did not even say when or if they would be back in stock. Very disappointed in the company, why advertise something and then it takes 2/3 days to find out they were out of stock. If somebody asked if they should order from them in the future what do you think my answer would be?

We are very sorry that we were unable to supply the seat cover set you ordered. However we like all retailers can be affected, on occasions, by stock errors and suppliers letting us down. This is why we state clearly in our Help page and Terms pages that all items are subject to availability and set out the process of what will happen if a product is unavailable after an order is made. Whilst there was a 48 hour period between the order being received and your refund being made, this was due to the fact that our system was showing stock and the error only became apparent once your order had been processed to the warehouse for picking. When this type of stock error occurs, we automatically inform customers by email and advise them of when the product is due back in again. If this information is not forthcoming from our suppliers, then we ourselves are unable to provide a delivery estimate to our customers and in these instances, customers are immediately refunded. We as a company feel it unfair to keep orders on hold any longer when we are unable to provide an expected due date on stock coming in. We are therefore very sorry if you felt that there was anything else we could have done in this situation however on the basis that no available date for delivery was available to us, an email was sent to you advising you on this and a refund made. If this is a case of our email not reaching you, then we are of course very sorry about this. With emails, there can be instances of messages simply going astray or emails entering spam or junk folders which may have happened on this occasion.
One of our customer service team members will contact you shortly to discuss further and we hope that if your issues with us can be resolved, then you may in time wish to update or amend your review.

Utterly painless
Didn't want a 'euro-creepy ' number plate on your new pride and joy ? ( particularly as it was a Triumph ? ) Then this is the place to fix it.
Picked a nice little 'England ' flash and even a red pin-stripe around the edge to match the bike's paintwork . The whole thing was very simple , a good price and the finished article was with me ( and on the bike) in 48 hours.
Excellent quality as well .
