Rockstar property has the worst service. They don’t connect with their tenants. They don’t give back deposits. There’s no one to even reply and communicate with the tenants. I would not recommend this agency to anyone.

My experience with Rockstar Property has been very disappointing. They consistently failed to respond to tenant messages and showed a lack of professionalism throughout the tenancy.

The biggest problem was how they handled the deposit. There were unnecessary delays, poor communication, and no clear explanation, which caused a lot of stress. This should be a straightforward and transparent process, but it was handled very poorly.

Overall, the service was unreliable and unprofessional. I would strongly recommend choosing a different agency that treats tenants fairly and communicates properly

It has been over 3 months since my tenancy ended and my deposit is still being withheld, even though my contract clearly states it should be returned within 2 weeks. Rockstar Properties has completely stopped responding to my messages and made no effort to resolve this.
This level of behavior is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about how they handle tenants’ money. I strongly advise anyone considering this agency to be extremely cautious and ensure every financial detail is protected and documented before dealing with them.

I would strongly advise avoiding Rockstar Property and its director, Kane Andrews. While Kane comes across as a charismatic individual, there is little substance behind the flashy promises he makes. Recently, he posted an announcement that seemed straight out of the movie Catch Me If You Can, revealing he was relocating to Dubai with immediate effect. This sudden move has left many investors, mentees, and franchisees in the dark, raising serious concerns about his business practices.

When investing in a company, you are fundamentally investing in its leadership. Kane's abrupt decision to leave the country with little notice demonstrates a lack of accountability and respect for those who trusted him. His current pitch revolves around offering a 10% annual return, but this is far from impressive compared to other property investment companies that consistently showcase their developments and results.

Rockstar Property's social media presence lacks substantial evidence of completed projects or ongoing developments. Claims of a "large property portfolio" don’t align with what’s visible on Companies House. Additionally, Kane’s business model has changed multiple times over the years—he’s gone from mentoring athletes to shifting into various ventures, and now he's in Dubai.

In my experience, there are far more transparent and reliable property investment firms out there. Kane Andrews and Rockstar Property fail to deliver on their promises and do not inspire trust. I strongly advise looking elsewhere.

Rockstar is very professional team of skilled people. Our companies work together from six years ago and have so many projects together.
