I bought boots from them, the boots were badly made, It ended up that I couldn't wear them as they damaged my foot by causing a corn underneath where the inside sole had a faulty ridge which rubbed onto my foot. Every time I put the boot on, I experienced pain so didn't wear them very much.
I took them to the Peebles shop to explain the boots couldn't be worn. The Manager, Kirsten was very rude, immediately dismissive, couldn't feel the obvious fault which really was obvious and told me there was nothing she could do.
I was gobsmacked by her rudeness and derogatory manner but I told her I can't wear the boots and I'd accept an exchange for a pair not faulty! She kept saying, 'they're not faulty'!
Eventually, she said she would send them to head office. Apparently, another member of staff couldn't feel the obvious ridge either but clearly the member of staff isn't going to disagree with her manager, not that one anyway!
Next day, Lorna from Head Office called. Apparently, I'd walked on and worn down the inner insole causing the fault!! So it was my fault! This is completely untrue and it's never happened with ANY other shoe and the boots weren't worn that much. And my walk is not unbalanced.
Overall, the reviews you read on Trustpilot tell you to avoid Rogerson Shoes. I'm testimony to that too. Avoid the substandard footwear from there, it's not worth it.

Customer service absolutely shocking was in on sat 3rd of Jan no one seemed to know what they were doing and very rude to customers. Shambles.

Excellent customer service. I've bought shoes from Rogersons previously, as they stock brands (Christian Dietz, Paul Green) which seem to suit my problematic feet. Unfortunately their shops are not within travelling distance of where I live, so I have made enquiries by phone and email regarding the fit/ width of particular shoes. The assistance and knowledge of their brands, particularly from Lorna in the customer service department, has been exceptional. This has resulted in a number of successful online purchases!

I recently toured Scotland and visited a Rogerson shop. I was most impressed by the level of customer service. Unfortunately they didn't have the correct size and later in my trip I visited the shop in Peebles. Again, no correct size, but they offered to get it delivered to me in London. As I was going to be away I asked if delivery could be delayed for a couple of weeks. The shoes arrived after I returned to London, as agreed. Very nicely packaged and even a hand-written note from someone called Freya. What a nice touch! What a shame that Rogersons doesn't have a presence in my City - I'd likely become a regular customer. Outstanding customer service all round. Thank You!

I purchased a pair of boots last year but only recently started wearing them. They developed a slight fault and I left a review (love the brand and have never had issues before). I was contacted and asked to submit some pictures. I was then called and offered a solution.

Brown/Pewter in this company. The boots are not suitable for wearing after one season. There are cracks on the line where the upper connects to the sole, the leather looks worse after a few months than in the shoes I have been wearing for a few years. I really advise against buying these ankle boots, it is a waste of money.

I had never been in the store before but noticed a sale so thought I would pop in for a look. The lady who served me (think her name was Tracy as no name badges on any of the girls) was more than helpful and had some great recommendations for my needs.
Thought all the staff were very friendly and easy to talk to. Will go back in future, thanks again!

Lovely shop with really helpful staff. I've bought a few pairs of wide fitting shoes and they are really comfortable. The staff couldn't do enough to help. Great shop.

Very good customer support. Since my spam filter blocked their emails, so I was not informed about the status of the order, they immediately responded to me after sending inquiries. I am very satisfied!

I ordered a pair of Ariat boots after reading the reviews on here and feeling I could trust the company. I was dubious before visiting this site and reading reviews as I’d found the boots with a very decent reduction, which nowhere else was offering.
The particular boots I wanted to order are a staple of Ariat, and so have been around for years, and are likely to continue that way, therefore they are very rarely discounted - especially at such an amount as these were. I decided to go ahead, though, feeling I could with so many trusted accounts.
I’m so pleased I did. After a couple of days, they arrived in perfect condition, no marks or signs of wear at all on the soles. A handwritten note inside too.
I can’t believe I got such a bargain and I will be keeping my eye on this store in future. Definitely trustworthy in my experience.

In my view, footware products are highly priced, poor quality and customer service is extremely disappointing.

I have both bought shoes and insoles from this retailer which have worn badly with limited wear outside or fallen to bits without being worn inside the flat.

I have taken this matter up with the specific store staff and manager but have been fobbed off in numerous ways without any recourse.

Feeling very foolish that I have spend a huge amount of money with this retailer over the years on footwear that essentially looks good in their store.

I hope this review is helpful to other customers.
Beyond disappointed and going to buy foot-ware elsewhere in future.

Me lovely ma has been looking for a certain shoe for quite some time now and was very excited when we found that Rogerson Shoes sold them
The ordering process was very straightforward and unexpectedly they arrived the very next day with a nice little handwritten note in the box from Pam. My ma was over the moon with her shoes as they fit perfectly

Top quality shoe shop, it is based in several locations around Scotland like Edinburgh and St Andrews. I find the shoe quality is far better here than other shops.
