Extremely dangerous. Ordered some of their small perfumes and one arrived smashed in tiny pieces. Shards of glass poured out of the package and perfume everywhere. They use cheap packaging, the glass bottles cannot be to industry standard and use cheap packaging to save on postage costs.

I contacted them about it and completely ignored me. No apology, no replacement. They really don't care about anything but getting sales.

Terrible experience with this company. Ordered an item, money taken. Email the next day to say item out of stock, I’ll be fully refunded. Over two weeks later and still no refund despite multiple promises from them that it’s been “lost in transit” and they will reissue the refund. I will now have to report them as fraudulent to my bank. Don’t buy from these people.

Horrific experience. The first time it went very well, a trend that i’ve heard of from other customers. You then go to order again, and lo and behold the item is lost but you’re still waiting for a refund months down the line. Got my money back but stupidly thought, maybe it’s a one off. Went back. Big mistake, same thing happened had to open a dispute with paypal to get my money back. I genuinely think there’s fraudulent activity going on. Stay clear!! There’s other, much better websites out there. AVOID.

My first order went perfectly well. Second order received what I believe is e a mislabelled item (as it doesn't smell like the previous one) and another item that smells nothing like the inspired version. I've contacted their customer service twice, no reply after a week. I'll be contacting PayPal to get my money back. Very disappointed as I raved about this company to friends and family.

I'm surprised they haven't got a Trustpilot account. I ordered a perfume that would have cost me £200+ if bought from the original manufacturers, and decided to give Rogue Perfumes a try as they were the only dupe perfume site that did this particular perfume (Heartless Helen by Penhaligon's). I was actually pleasantly surprised that it smells pretty similar! And considering it was almost 1/20th of the price, I can't really complain.

The packaging wasn't brilliant, only came in an A4 slightly padded envelope, but arrived undamaged. I would also like the option of choosing the free sample you receive with the order. Overall, though, I am very happy and will be ordering from them again
